Strengths:
A wide range of films can be shown meaning it appeals to a wide range of people so lots of people come meaning we make a profits. We would be able to sell food and drink at the event meaning we can make sales and higher profits.
Weaknesses:
People may not like the films playing so people may not come, the venue will be expensive meaning higher costs so we may not make a profit. We may also find it hard to get films that people want to watch so they may not come.
Opportunity:
We provide people with a fun enjoyable day out while we make a profit at the same time. And we develop both group and individual skills throughout the planning and running of the event. Finally we make enough profit to cover our costs and meet our objective.
Threats:
We could find it hard to get newer films that people want to watch. We may need a food and drink license to sell food and drink at the event. We may not meet our objectives and make a loss. Finally the venue may cancel last minute so we have to call off the event so we make a loss.
