Mineplex Experience
How long have you been playing on Mineplex for?
I have been playing Mineplex for over a year now and it's been really fun to meet new people and experience the great community of the server and to watch it grow with all these new people and games.
What has motivated you to apply for a staff position at Mineplex?
I think I got motivated to apply for a staff position because I feel like I could really help the server out with the reports, the exploiters and new game ideas ect, I guess I just really wanted to help a server that has really made my life a whole lot fulfilling because I used to get bullied a lot in real life and ever lobby I join there is always that one argument that you really want to try and stop but you cant if you don't actually have the power to make it stop because they wont listen to you and you'd just get stuck in between that argument that was happening. Also I feel like I have matured a lot in these past few months of me actually enjoying Mineplex.
What interactions have you had with our staff team in the past?
I've had a few interactions with the staff when I went to the lobby to report someone for hacking/exploiting. They are quick at dealing with the problem which was really great to see.
Have you received any punishments at Mineplex, or any other server?
I have received about 4 mutes because I used to rage a lot when I died and now I actually realize that you shouldn't rage over a video game when something doesn't go your way.

Why should we choose you to become a Trainee?
I think you should choose me to become a trainee because I'm kind to others, I help out a lot, I'm friendly, I make people laugh when they are feeling down I also feel that I could really make a difference to Mineplex.
In what ways could you positively contribute to the community?
I could help the server with new game ideas, New lobby, new kits (I'm okay at programing) I could help the racism and the bullying go down overall I could just make Mineplex a better and safe community for everyone to play in.
What experiences do you have with moderating a community or game?
I have been a mod in a few servers but I decided to quit because I wasn't getting treated right in that server.

If I get chosen to be a trainee then I will try my BEST to help this community out, thank you.
