  16. - Any amount of video editing is detected after the run started and before it ends
  17. - IGT manipulation is detected (pause and checkpoint abuse, anything that messes with the timer flow)
  18. - Cheating or modding the game is detected
  19. - Any of the player disconnects during the run (for any reason, including DC's)"

  26. Both runs are in the same category, both had the same disconnect issue yet 1 was verified and the other rejected. They should either both be verified or both rejected.
