  1. Like the pealing of so many bells, your voice rings to Niina Yfae'dren, Oracle of the Triple Moon, "Lady Avatar, is there a chance I could speak with you? I have prayed about a matter to the Silver Goddess, but have also been seeking to tell my heart to one of the Silver Goddess' beloved."
  2.
  3. Niina tells you, "Aye."
  4.
  5. Niina curtseys gracefully.
  6.
  7. You have emoted: Elexia clasps her hands together and bows before Niina, chiming, "Well met!"
  8.
  9. Niina cups her hands, and a silvery liquid light fills them. She brings her cupped hands toward you, and the light springs up to wreath around you, taking the form of silvery ethereal vines before fading with a gentle glow.
  10.
  11. Niina Yfae'dren, Oracle of the Triple Moon says to you, "You as well."
  12.
  13. You cup your hands before you, and a silvery liquid light fills them. You bring your cupped hands toward Niina, and the light springs up to wreath around her, taking the form of silvery ethereal vines before fading with a gentle glow.
  14.
  15. Niina flutters her eyelashes charmingly.
  16.
  17. With another dip of her head, you say to Niina, "May I speak with you, then? Perhaps near the Silver Weald?"
  18.
  19. Niina begins to follow you.
  20.
  21. Niina urges her companions onwards.
  22.
  23. l Niina
  24. She is a graceful wild elfen demigoddess and white-blonde locks frame her pale face with wisping bangs just touching her brow. Piercing, crystal clear eyes boldly marked by copious, coal-coloured lashes peer through her unkempt hair, worn wild like the aslaran of the plains, and sunlight refracts in crystalline rainbows as the light touches snow blossoms woven through it. Her heart-shaped face carries a youthful appearance, full and pink lips dyed the pigment of cherry blossoms remain pursed with her still expression, though an old wisdom shines through silver streaks in her eyes. In just the right lighting, a green sheen can be seen in the creases of her skin and subtly pointed ears part through her flowing silver hair, with high cheekbones and a delicate jawline she is an exquisite example of the elfen race. Niina stands with perfect posture, her form lithe and graceful as the elfen are known for, and her calm gestures and warm smile are welcoming and relaxed.
  25. Voluminous waves frame her face in a crystallised mane of pure white, uncombed and wild as the aslaran of the plains so oft are seen wearing theirs. Silver tendrils snake throughout the feather-soft strands and petite snow blossoms peek from within, their cold diamond centres reflecting fractal patterns upon the velvety, alabaster petals that resemble wintry stars.
  26. She is wearing:
  27. a storm glass amulet
  28. a russet-banded pin
  29. the Flame of dae'Seren
  30. a Forsaken's veil
  31. a freckled, sun-kissed nose
  32. Prayer Beads of Lisaera
  33. a golden-leaf necklace bound with a moonfire gem
  34. a slender snapdragon ring
  35. a Brooch of Precise Gems
  36. a rainbow coloured ring
  37. a slender poppy ring
  38. a slender foxglove ring
  39. a sheet of infected flesh
  40. an etched turquoise ring
  41. a thin amethyst band.
  42.
  43. You take a deep breath, close your eyes, and leap at the curtain of water that is the source of Moon River, diving through the cascading torrents on pure faith. You feel your feet landing on a cool carpet of vegetation, and you open your eyes to find yourself standing in a silvery cavern containing an impossible ethereal forest.
  44.
  45. Silver cavern behind a waterfall.
  46. The walls of this cavern shine with an unnatural silver gleam, as if polished by some conscientious giant. Strange reflections flow across the ground, the beams of light from above twisting and shifting through the crystalline surface of the pool. A small forest grows impossibly from the rocky ground here, shoots and grass rising up amidst bushes and larger plants. The tree canopy almost brushes the surface of the frozen ceiling and the chatter of small animals can be heard as they scurry around between the flora. A spectral wind blows gently between the foliage, carrying with it ethereal colours and an odd, silky texture. The gleaming cavern extends into hidden cavities in many directions while opening into verdant valleys in toward the south. Shimmering with ethereal energy, a twinkling, reflective pool stands here in a small clearing. Cascading in a silver mist, a curtain of falling water chimes quietly at the mouth of the cavern. Resplendent light rays reflecting and refracting from thousands of brilliant facets, a delicate gem golem glimmers here.
  47. You see exits leading south and through a rushing curtain of water.
  48.
  49. Clasping her hands together and bowing once more, you say, "I know we met before, decades ago, but it has been some time and I would not blame you for not remembering me... I am Elexia Myeras, a Lisae since my youth. It is a pleasure to meet you once more."
  50.
  51. Niina Yfae'dren, Oracle of the Triple Moon says, "Yes, I recall."
  52.
  53. Niina Yfae'dren, Oracle of the Triple Moon says, "Your grandparents raised me."
  54.
  55. Niina Yfae'dren, Oracle of the Triple Moon says, "Everiine's children were my family."
  56.
  57. Niina Yfae'dren, Oracle of the Triple Moon says, "He was the Seneschal, at the time."
  58.
  59. You smile softly.
  60.
  61. Dipping her head, you say, "I am honoured to call him grandfather."
  62.
  63. Niina nods her head sagely.
  64.
  65. Niina Yfae'dren, Oracle of the Triple Moon says, "What is it you wanted to speak of?"
  66.
  67. With a gentle smile, you say, "Even today, I've come to seek his wisdom. There is still much of him, his life, which is a mystery to me... But I think he rather enjoys that. Reminds him of the Wood itself."
  68.
  69. You nod your head emphatically.
  70.
  71. Niina Yfae'dren, Oracle of the Triple Moon says, "I agree."
  72.
  73. Niina chuckles long and heartily.
  74.
  75. You have emoted: Elexia clasps her hands over her heart as she says, "I have undertaken meditations, in the past couple years. Thinking on Change, but also on what path I should walk." She looks towards a twinkling, reflective pool. "I prayed to the Lady Lisaera of this, on occasion, and in my meditations I have found something new blooming within me. I prayed more, and spoke to another close to me, my sister... and then, found clarity upon a meeting with the Lady of Serenity... And I believe it is time for the wind to carry me to another path." She bows her head. "I prayed of this to the Lady, but since I've not met Her myself, it did not seem right to depart with only that... So I wished to seek out one close to Her, that I may leave rightly, and not as one who departs in the shroud of night."
  76.
  77. You think to yourself: It is... difficult, to do this. But it is what I must do now.
  78.
  79. Niina Yfae'dren, Oracle of the Triple Moon says, "She's not answered."
  80.
  81. Niina smiles sadly, a wistful look in her eyes.
  82.
  83. You have emoted: Elexia's gaze turns from the pool, to Niina's face. "I've always found comfort, though, in Her Daughter in the sky," she says softly.
  84.
  85. Using her tongue and the roof of her mouth, Niina makes a quiet clicking noise.
  86.
  87. Niina Yfae'dren, Oracle of the Triple Moon says, "Though leaving the Order is forbidden, the true cost is the Seeker's. I understand that you have found another path, and if you are blown with the winds of change there is nothing to stop it. You have my blessing to fulfill your innermost passions, Granddaughter of Everiine."
  88.
  89. Niina Yfae'dren, Oracle of the Triple Moon says, "It causes Her pain, for you to leave Her."
  90.
  91. Niina Yfae'dren, Oracle of the Triple Moon says, "You will likely not be granted ranks in our Order again, as well."
  92.
  93. You think to yourself: While I do not wish to cause Her pain... I... I can't turn away now.
  94.
  95. You have emoted: Elexia clasps her hands together, and bows deeply before Niina as she nods. "I understand, Lady Avatar, and I accept this punishment," she chimes.
  96.
  97. Niina nods her head emphatically.
  98.
  99. Niina unbaptises you from the Silver Seekers of the Divine Order of Lisaera, the Silver Goddess.
  100.
  101. Her head bowed, you say, "It pains me to hear that I have brought Her pain. But even so, I feel compelled to walk upon this path. Thank you for hearing me, Lady Avatar, may the blessings of Glinshari and Ellindel be upon you."
  102.
  103. You lift a storm glass amulet above your head, careful not to disturb the delicate glass of the chalice. With the abruptness of an explosion, silver air escapes from your lungs and fills the amulet's chalice. You gasp for breath, but without the amulet, you feel as if you will never breathe pure air again.
  104.
  105. Niina Yfae'dren, Oracle of the Triple Moon says, "Well travels."
  106.
  107. Her head bowed in a mixture of shame and resolve, you give a storm glass amulet to Niina Yfae'dren, Oracle of the Triple Moon.
  108.
  109. Niina ponders a twinkling, reflective pool thoughtfully, looking it up and down.
  110.
  111. You calm your mind and walk slowly through the curtain of water that obscures the cavern mouth. For a moment, you feel like you are falling through time, and land with a silver splash into the source of the Moon River.
  112.
  113. Willow by the water.
  114. The babbling waters of Moon River run by the edge of this grassy clearing, bubbling about happily. At the edge of the riverbank, an ancient willow tree has planted itself, its drooping branches just dipping into the water. Although it has grown at a very precarious and dangerous level, it appears to be firmly planted into the mud along the bank. Reaching up as high as the eye can see looms the awesome presence of a living totem. A mature hornbeam tree stands proudly here.
  115. You see exits leading north and south.
  116.
  117. You have emoted: Elexia settles near the trunk of the willow tree, watching the Moon River pass by with mournful eyes. She reaches up a hand to grasp at her neck, feeling for something that is no longer there.
  118.
  119. You think to yourself: I... I know in my heart I did what I must. And yet, thoughts of doubt and guilt persist.
  120.
  121. You think to yourself: I should remember what little I've learned so far. Look within, accept each thought in turn, explore them. Bend, but not break.
