[Cube of the Forbidden] — The Cube of the Forbidden is a 5x5x5 inch (12.7 centimeter) cube. This is often hanging by Xion's side connected to his coat by a detachable chain. The Cube itself is actually named the Demonic Cubix but Xion does not believe in the existence of demons and has since called it the Cube of the Forbidden. It's appearance is relatively simple: In its center is a cyan glowing sphere which holds the stone that Xion was given by the mage to control his excess magical energy. This stone acts as a power source for the cube as a whole and, if removed, will revert the cube to its base shape or, if destroyed will both destroy the cube entirely while also releasing a shock-wave of magical energy, guaranteeing the fracture of any SOULs nearby and, if Xion's, the guaranteed destruction of. Holding the stone is a simple jet black cube that, despite appearing plastic though lacking reflection of light, feels like metal. Each face of the cube has a circular opening, reaching halfway from the center of the face. where cyan light flows from the stone outwards. The light of the stone will change in brightness depending on certain conditions, and thus will light up when Xion's emotions flare up or dim when his emotions feel weak such as sadness though this change hardly happens. The Cube, being one of the greatest innovations of Magical and Technological engineering (or Magitek) from Rehnauros, has the ability to change its shape drastically into one of 4 tools with unique abilities, the collective known as the Forbidden Set as the amount of magical energy used to utilize and maintain any of the tools is so much so that without Xion's unique SOUL composition, his SOUL would shatter after 3 transformations. While the initial transformation from its neutral state to a tool is relatively quick (roughly 4 seconds), transferring from one tool to another takes approximately 8 seconds at the fastest (Switching from tool back to neutral to another tool), it can take up to 12 seconds (From tool straight to another tool), a time limitation that has yet to be overcome by Rehnauran scientists.
	[#1: Sigil of Restraint] — The First Forbidden Tool, the Sigil of Restraint. Rather than taking a different shape, the tool itself is the cube in it's neutral form, though still requires a 4 second window to become activable. When activable, the cyan light of the center stone is dimmed while the black faces of the cube begin to glow purple. Once active, all magical energies within a 10 meter range from the user are disrupted, including the user's own magical energies, preventing the use of magic and similar-origin abilities. This tool, unlike the rest, has a set time limit of 5 minutes before automatically reverting to the cube's neutral state. The Sigil of Restraint isn't actually a tool but an enhanced version of the natural ability of the stone Xion carries around. Through intensive study, Rehnauran scientists figured out the stone's ability and why it kept Xion alive: It disrupted magical energies and caused them to either be absorbed, if the stone contained the room, or dissipate entirely if the stone had no space for the energy and thus resulted in the creation of the first Forbidden Tool. As it enhances the range and potency of the stone's natural ability, Xion's SOUL becomes at risk the more often this tool is utilized, with 4 consecutive uses guaranteeing a SOUL fracture and magical accident.
	[#2: Arcane Sabre] — The Second Forbidden Tool, the Arcane Sabre, takes the shape of an entirely black forearm guard with purple circuit lines running all over them originating and ending at the stone, which lies at the bottom face's center. When wanted, and also the reason for its name, a double-edged blade can extend outwards from the top face to the length of 65 cm (25.6 inches). This blade can gather purple magical energy at any point and fire it from the same point, often used to make calligraphic-like strokes to fire sword waves. Despite being a potent gatherer of magical energy, the blade itself is blunt and any magical energy gathered by the blade explodes upon contact, making the weapon impractical in close range.
	[#3: Soul Render] — The Third Forbidden Tool, Soul Render, takes the shape of a gauntlet that extends from his palm right up to his elbow. In the palm lies a glowing cyan area, which is where the power source stone is located, and from there, circuit lines originate and extend right to the end of the gauntlet, though these lines are only visible when the tool is active. The gauntlet is adorned with spikes, appearing draconic in nature. When active, the true power of Soul Render becomes active: The ability to rend one's SOUL from their body. In order for the process to be done, the user must place their hand in the area approximately center to one's body. Once placed, the user must activate the tool and sustain contact for 100 seconds, allowing the user's magical energies to intertwine with the affected's then take hold of the SOUL and rip it from their body, a usually exceedingly painful process for the one having it performed upon. If this process is disturbed, depending on the stage, it can lead to the guaranteed death of the affected through SOUL destruction, a small SOUL fracture or an immense SOUL fracture, which is very rarely recovered from. If the process is successful, the SOUL is extracted from the body with nothing more than a hollow shell remaining. This process can be reversed however so long as the SOUL is still sustained and the body is not destroyed and/or functionally dead. When Soul Render is used on non-UT existence entities, it will instead draw on their life force as they lack the same SOUL composition as a UT universe entity (this same effect applies to SOULless entities as well). Soul Render was originally the 5th tool of the Cube but some of its predecessors were removed, resulting in it becoming the 3rd. It was added as a result of the growing influence of the outside world lead to Rehnauros' denizens to become increasing "bad". Utilizing it as a punishment for great criminals, Xion would extract their SOULs and keep them locked away for a time while sustaining their bodies until their punishment was over. This would later become abolished as the process would often result in the extracted's body's magical energies going overload from mingling with Xion's and eventually dying from magic accidents.
	[#4: Execution] — The Fourth Forbidden Tool, Execution, takes the form of an entirely black scythe that is equal in height to Xion and a blade that reaches out the length of Xion's arm which, despite its dimensions, Xion is able to swing around with ease due to it's weightlessness, an effect caused by its magitek nature. Along the handle lies a glowing cyan area where one of Xion's hands are meant to go when wielding it, otherwise it has similar circuit lines as some of the other tools that line the entire tool. When active, the tool has the ability to retain its sharpness regardless of the material it cuts through. This ability allows it to cut through materials often unable to be cut through, such as metal and stone, though it often requires a grinding motion or a long enough force build-up in order to make a single cut through if the material is thick enough. Execution was the 13th and most recent tool of the set, becoming the 4th through the removal of some of its predecessors. It's creation was the result of Xion's desiring of a practical weapon in the case he would need to protect himself (The 2nd tool failing to be 'practical' in his eyes). Despite the constant protests of the Rehnauran scientists underneath him, they would eventually concede to his desire and create Execution. While considered his main tool of choice in combat, Xion rarely used it prior to his departure from Rehnauros, instead using the 2nd tool when needed.

[Soul Visor] — Xion possesses a device known as the Soul Visor that runs across his eyes and, when active, allows him to view the SOULs of any entity he looks at. While this works perfectly on UT Universe entities, it will often error out and disable itself when he looks at a Soulless entity (such as Flowey) or an entity that does not belong in the current universe. This device has two locks, each one sitting on each of his ears, similar to a scouter (https://cdn.discordapp.com/attachments/202202441092038656/598705246243520533/a.png) albeit circular rather than rectangular. Reaching across his face is a black glass-like visor that covers his eyes as well as his eyebrows connecting to the lock on each side, making a sharp (extremely) elongated 'v' across his face, with the meetup of each side above his nose. When inactive, the glass-like portion of the visor is invisible and his eyes can be seen. Despite being seemingly glass, it is far stronger and can take a beating before it breaks (often moreso than the rest of Xion), making his eyes one of the least viable places to attack.


Passive Abilities:

[Athleticism] — Xion, having been a wanderer around the world for 10 years as well as visiting the different comprising kingdoms of Rehnauros during his tenure as Chancellor (With some having, despite Rehnaurans' usually nice nature, less than 'happy' reactions to him as Chancellor). He is quite athletic and capable of quick movements, possessing a fast reaction time and natural instinct for combat. This extends into his performance in gymnastic feats, such as flips and balancing, though he has a very easily disturbed balance, something the Magitek Development Division has attributed to the magical imbalances within his SOUL.

[Immense Magical Power] — Xion, having his mother and father's SOULs used as catalysts to repair his own, possesses the ability to produce roughly 3x as much magical power and determination than the average human, possessing the power of 3 SOULs within a single SOUL. However, due to this magical imbalance between his SOUL's limits and the actual energy he produces, he is completely unable to use magic unless under specific conditions and requires the use of the Cube of the Forbidden to utilize his magical power in the slightest. This extra magical energy often works against him without the Cube on his person, as it often forces his SOUL to fracture to release excess energy, causing him excruciating pain and could even kill him, should the fractures continue to happen without time to heal the previous. (On a side note, despite the amount of magical energy produced by his SOUL, his SOUL would still count as one towards the "Seven SOULs to make God" thing)

[Master Strategist] — Xion, having been the Chancellor and now as the Emperor, possesses keen intellect and a great understanding of what he believes is the human heart. This often allows him to strategize in even the most dire of situations and move forward with plans that most would not follow through with, as he often believes his plans will pay off regardless of the losses, even if these losses resulted in the loss of thousands of lives. That said, he will take his losses into account when making his decisions and will never try to make a decision where the losses are greater than the pay off.

[Technological Know-how] — Xion, having been the reason Rehnauros reached its current technological standard, is well versed in most forms of engineering and is capable of taking apart, analyzing, and putting back together almost any piece of technology. If he had the materials and tools, he could convert any piece of technology into a Magitek counterpart and was even part of the pioneering team for Magitek research.

[Close Combat Specialist] — Lacking any way to defend himself, Xion would spend roughly a year of his 10 year journey learning Martial Arts and creating his own method of Close Combat fighting.


Active Abilities:

[Demonization] — Despite Xion's initially uncaring nature towards learning and utilizing magic, he'd eventually show a fleeting interest in having access to magical capabilities, an interest the Magitek Development Division would end up doing their best to fulfill. To this end, they studied any records that had about monsters found within Rehnauros' comprising kingdoms, despite the fact that there seemed to be absolutely no record or even the slightest trace of monsters having existed in Rehnauros. Using the small amount of information they could obtain (roughly, nothing more than some folk tales and oral legends), they granted Xion's wish: Through giving him a transformation into their idea of a monster, Xion was able to utilize magic. The drawbacks however included a short time limit of which it could be utilized, as Xion would be using the Cube of the Forbidden to hold the transformation and thus, his own SOUL energy would be in balance while in use but be utilized at an astonishing rate, a drawback Xion would accept as he didn't figure getting experimented on would be nice. This time limit is extremely dependent upon what he does during the transformation, but at most, can only be held for 10 minutes. Xion would eventually scold the M.D.D. after the first picture of a monster would be released on the internet as the transformation made him appear more like the outside world's depiction of a demon rather than a monster. While in this transformation, Xion loses access to the Cube of the Forbidden and its tools (as a result of it fusing with him to act as the mediator for the transformation) but gains access to his dormant magical capabilities.
	[Plasma Energy Manipulation] — Xion is capable of creating and manipulating purple plasma energy in a multitude of forms while transformed. He can create small hand-sized constructs that explode upon contact, fire off blasts of plasma energy, concentrate the energy into a powerful beam or even expand it greatly to create a giant concentrated sphere of plasma energy (Something that often results in the transformation getting cancelled mid-way). This ability can even be combined to coat his arms with plasma energy as a way to conserve energy and preserve the transformation while enhancing his hits (Extending this aura to his body requires too much energy and is never used as a result.)
