Korra is in tier.

Glimmer has substantial advantages with her teleport spam and Korra's durability is not at the level where she can consistently tank TS hits without injury. Her range and attack speed on oneshot bending moves was argued down sufficiently that I believe metalbending does not completely neutralise Bow, who still retains utility firing from range or being teleported in for point blank shots which kill if they land. I don't buy the argument that Bow could break out of Korra's bending restraints, as holding back a big monster with effort does not equate to flexing out of encasing metal/rock.

Kamo is in tier.

The supersonic blood is discounted as an OOT threat by its argued windup and limited range. Nerf is right that it's inferior to guns, which are not intrinsically out of tier. His arrows are arrows and very avoidable by the ts even with trajectory changes, especially at longer ranges. I buy that Bow is still threatening in a sniper duel, and that Kamo's ammo limitations counteract his other advantages. Glimmer also has the ability to close and a decisive melee advantage against him thanks to teleporting.
