- # Welcome to Kaiserreich! This version of Kaiserreich is operating at the ALPHA stage. Thank you to the Darkest Hour team for giving me the inspiration to make this in Victoria II. We take no credit for the idea and recommend you check out the Kaiserreich mod for Darkest Hour - it's great fun alt-history, something we aspire this to be while trying to retain the freedom of play we all (Probably) love in Victoria II.

- GENERAL:
- - Map estimated at 85%+ done
- - Basic new factory code implemented, but no new factories in the game yet ;(
- - 'Total Annexation' casus belli added for war whores. Annex a country of any size but go over the infamy limit (30 badboy) for balance!
- - Increased world oil production as Kaiserreich is more dependent on oil than vanilla (Alaska and Libya)
- - Great Powers lose infamy alot faster to allow for a more action packed game

- FINAL NOTES:
- # Any knowledge regarding adding new GFX to the new factories would be much appreciated.
- # In a future update the formable nations will give you free cores on alot of territory, much like when you form Arabia in vanilla Vic II.
- # Again, any help regarding changing unit sprites would be much appreciated so we can finally make significant changes to units without making the game crash.
- # Population statistics will probably be updated to historical levels in a later patch, however this is not a priority.
- # Changing the style of the map is also in discussion but again currently is very low priority.
- # Help required in editing the fascist puppet cb. It adds a puppet, but I do not know how to make it install a fascist government. Help would be appreciated!

- BUG FIXES:
- - The 'Restore Order in Rome' decision will no longer make Italy GP #1 and now transfers the capital to Rome
- - Massive overhaul of most decisions to eliminate any chance of the AI spamming them, or being able to enact them multiple times when you shouldnt.
- - The UK now changes to the correct political reforms, meaning it will not become a democracy after falling to communist in the 'General Strike 1926' event
- - 'Coal Fired Power Station' no longer builds instantly, it now takes 700 days
- - Television Factory, Computer Factory, Coal Power Plant and International Stock Exchange can no longer be built on game start without the correct tech
- FINAL NOTES:
- - HELP REQUIRED : Major problem with the UK economy, I will be eternally grateful to anyone who can point out why the UK's economy is allegedly 100% blockaded but no one else's is. If the UK becomes the Union of the Commonwealth, the blockade is removed. So I think it is something to do with the country file? Again, any help is much appreciated - the UK is virtually unplayable for a player (But the game works for the AI for some reason).
