I'm gonna head out but here's my updated instructions on memu that should be comprehensive enough that you can just copy and paste without issues. Hope I didn't forget anything again

How to get memu to work for fgo:
(Unfortunately this will not work for Windows 7 or lower)

- Install Memu 2.9.6.1
- Install RC5 KitKat
- Install RC5 Lollipop
- Create a New Instance importing the .OVA
- Close once you are on the phone "desktop"
- Put the error43.bat file on the Memu Folder inside the Microvirt Folder
- Run the error43.bat as admin
- Launch the Instance from Multi-Memu
- Launch the Patcher as admin
- Wait for the Patcher to finish and then Launch F/GO

The password for the lock screen is 1234

From my experience you will have to run the patcher each time you open up memu.
The specific version of memu seems to be important, it didn't work for me when I just tried doing the most recent version.
After entering the password for the lock screen click test. This should take you to the homepage, finally click the fgo icon and the game should start
