Background Story:
My name is Jesse Leopard, I was born in 1994, in Los Santos.
My life was hard when I was young, my mother had no money for food and other things. My father worked as a donkey from morning to night as a taxi driver, earning pennies. My grandmother helped us here and there, and my cousin, Marcus. At three years I had to go to a kindergarten, but my mother was not enough money to enroll me. So she sent me to an institution for children that need treatment. Until the age of nine I was there without my parents, not knowing what was happening.

At 14, I went home for the first time, my mother was not home. Only my father and my cousin. I asked my father where the mother and he said ... um ... your mother .... she died. I yelled with crying, my father tried to reassure me. I did not go to school and stayed home a year, without leave and without speaking to anyone. At 18, already I've forgotten everything and decided I'll go work for the police, I sent a request and after a month they sent me a reply: "Dear Jesse, We are pleased to announce that you will work with the police ..." I was so happy! A week later I started working with the police as a researcher, of murderers and robbers. And now I'm working.

What is our policy on rape, robbing and scamming?
Robbing:
Any player cannot rob if his level under 3 and cannot rob any other player if the victim's level under 3 admins made that rule so the server will be more fair to new players All the players aren't allowed to rob more then 500$ from some one, that rule stands for more realistic gaming because most of the people wont carry with them more then 500$ on they'r wallet, and that rule stands for fairly gaming.
Players aren't allowed to rob in public areas so the game will be more realistic.
If you robbed some one and followed all this rules there is one more rule to have: You aren't allowed to kill the victim you robbed.
And if you got scammed you are able to rob all your money back even if it was more then 500$!
Rules for robbing a bank:
Firstly you need to contact and inform any admin and request to make a robbery if he confirms you will have to tell him exactly what your plan for the robbery: The weapons , tactics and how long it could take.
When you pull a gun out silent alarms are to go of so its or your's or admin's duty to PM at least one PD online and inform him about the bank robbery.


Scamming:
If you want to scam you have to be at least level 10 and the limit money you can scam from some one is 50,000$, Unless you have admin premission and you will be able to scam up to 500,000$.
Also you cannot rob some one if he is under level 10.. that rules stands for fairly gaming.
Admins thought that scamming houses and cars is too much. and its not fair that some one can lose every thing he got.
Also Scams can only be done if their request was approved.
If you followed all the rules and scamed some one with full RP you are not allowed to kill him after that! so
You are not able to scam in certain areas/public places because its should be crowded area it wont be realistic and the people will call to police.

Drugs, Weapons and Loaning are no longer under scamming and robbing limits.

Do not commit crimes at certain areas. "Pershing Square" ASGH, Bank, Mall and several others you know..

It's not allowed to rob or scam in certain areas.

Bank robberies is allowed if admin aproved
Rules Bank robberies:
- There must be at least 6 PD and or SD online and on duty.
- You need to inform admin how and what your plan like weapons and tactics, and how long it took doing the bank robbery

Car/House/Business is not allowed anymore duo expensive abuse of it.

Loan is allowed and its your own risk

Explain some roleplaying terms, like metagaming and powergaming, and give examples to each.
Metagaming (MG) - Using OOC information IC. This is rulebreaking, which is not tolerated and forbidden. Basicly, you find out In Character information by Out Of Character actions.

Example: Person A meets Person B, while A doesn't know B's name. He looks above his head to a tag, reads it and says: "Hi, B". This is most common metagaming example. In Real Life there isn't any tags above your head which would describe your name, health and armor status, but in SAMP there is.

A right way to get another person's name is asking them. "Hi, what's your name, I'm Billy!" Person B replies: "Hey Billy, I'm Gerrard, nice to meet you!" - Right way to get the name, without metagaming.

Powergaming (PG) - either forcing another player into a RP situation, which ends in the other player's disadvantage, or doing unrealistic things, which you couldn't make IRL.

First example: You want to kill Person B. Let's name him, Billy.
/me shoots Billy from his deagle and kills him - WRONG.
You have forced him into a RP situation, where he must commit suicide. You must let him to resist.
/me aims at Billy's head and shoots. /do Do the bullet hit him? - RIGHT.
He can resist now, by either jumping, crouching, or whatever he can do with realistic roleplay.

The second example: doing unrealistic things.
/me takes a can and throws it full power, and it falls to the moon. - WRONG.
No one could do that In Real Life. You must be realistic.
