These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the Uma App. By using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the App.

1. Use of the App
The App is provided for your personal and non-commercial use. You may not use the App in any manner that violates any applicable law or that infringes the rights of others. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.

6. Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability
The App is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee that the App will be uninterrupted or error-free. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of the App.

8. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Austria, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising from these Terms or the App will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Vienna, Austria.
