Win XP - might relate to other Windows versions

Part of Widcomm BTW bluetooth hell.

Believe it only check if a registry entry exists.

aka checkreg HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE SOFTWARE\Widcomm

It is copied to c:\WINDOWS\system32\ by Widcomm installer.

Unfortunately Widcomm does not always include an uninstaller.
To get rid of the crap one have to
1. Run:
