The 7 IVs are for outspeeding neutral Rhyperior with 31 IVs, however I don't know if that is still as relevant anymore considering Knights of the Sun doesn't exist anymore

OHKO 44 HP Landorus-Therian with Ice Beam, live 252+ Life Orb Bisharp Knock Off, you can probably do something more efficient with these 156 SpD EVs but w/e

Other notes:
For the Trick Room Attacker set for Conkeldurr it's better to put 0 Speed IVs down.
Same goes for regular Diancie, Escavalier, Mega-Mawile's first spread, Victini's first spread.
