Element: Electricity - Kaede fights primarily via conductive materials to generate shields and strengthen her allies weapons.

Magical Power: Kaede's power is to control machinery, whether automatic or digital via currents run through a strongly conductive metal (for this Kaede wears several silver bands clipped around her wrist which only she can detach via her power, and otherwise have to be cut off).

Costume: Kaede's costume appears to be a cloth skirt and collared shirt with skin tight thighs and gloves reaching to her shoulders, though on closer inspection it will be noticed they are actually made of metals emanating blue and white electricity, they flow as if cloth in response to the aura of magnetism that eludes from Kaede.

Transformation scene: Kaede's transformation comes from a small sphere she carries around her neck, only around 2cm by 2cm by 2cm when transforming the sphere will burst outwards releasing sparks similar to that of grinding metals burning those who are too close.

Weapon: Twin parasols constricted of iron, which would normally be immovable but are controlled through magnetism to become far lighter to Kaede, though they can be used as offensive melee weapons, their primary use is as conductors to form electromagnetic shields to defend her allies from projectiles, or to cause turbulence via high speed spinning of the parasol allowing her to blow up clouds of dust to distract enemies.

Finishing attacks (2 for tactician, only one useable per battle, as per the Flexibility rule)
Magnetic Storm (Disrupting Assault): Kaede can cross her parasols and let a burst of electric force which will disrupt magical powers at the target position.
Jump Start (Will of the Protector): Using a burst of electricity Kaede can revive a single ally, or empower all living allies.

Accelerated Perception (Arcane Mastery): grants +1 bonus to all Support rolls.
Accelerated Perception (Integrity Scan): Kaede accelerates the flow of electricity in her mind allowing her to perceive an enemies well being and power.

Magical Effects:
General:
Hardened shell (Indomitable): Kaede's clothes being made of metal's strengthened by her own magnetic prowess allow her to ignore most minor attacks.
Tactician:
Minor Accelerated Perception (Adaptability): Kaede can swap between stationary and mobile support roles on the run once per battle depending on the flow of the battle.

Backstory: Kaede never knew her family, having been abandoned at a hospital when she was only 3. She grew up at an orphanage which put her to work at menial illegal labor tasks when not in the home school classes held at the orphanage. Though it was shut down when she turned 14 she was left to look for herself in a one tatami unit which she pays for by working odd jobs in what spare time she has between that and school giving her little time to ever make friends or never any family to form a relationship with. On the night she was planning to just give up on life after all the hardships she was visited by a cat like Tsukaima and granted a chance at one wish.

Wish: Kaede's wish was simply to know friendship which the Tsukaima granted by allowing her the financial freedom to not work and to spend her time fighting alongside other magical girls, though the cost of her power is that even with freedom to spare time she can never touch another directly without harming them.

Character: Kaede's electricity shows in her personality, after years of being used she can no longer take it when she is mistreated, she's quick to spark an attack when upset, due to the years of solitude she also finds difficulty in relating her emotions to others even post wish she has issues talking to the other magical girls.

Possible relationships:

Other magical girls. Kaede will not be facing the enemy on her own. There are other magical girls who'll be fighting witches at her side. These relationships will be formed once she gets to know the other participants and will be either magic or fury based, starting from 1 point.
