  64. Alcoholic (Ex): Although a mighty paragon of destruction, Orochi has a great appreciation for potent brews. Orochi automatically smells any alcoholic drinks within 200 feet of him, and must succeed at a DC 35 Will save every round or immediately attempt to find and consume the alcohol. If the smell comes from a tavern, bar, or brewery, he spends a full-round action eating the building and everything in it. If he consumes eight doses of alcohol (in other words, he fails this saving throw 8 times) in one day, he falls unconscious for 2d6 hours.

Immortality: Unlike other mythic creatures with this ability, Orochi does not simply return to life in his original location; instead, he bursts in an explosion of blood and regenerates in his lair in the Abyss. Treat the explosion as a nonmagical version of the Tsunami spell (CL 20th, DC 40). The save DC is Constitution-based.

Natural Combatant (Ex): Orochi gains Weapon Focus, Greater Weapon Focus, Weapon Specialization, Greater Weapon Specialization, and Improved Critical as bonus feats, with natural weapons selected each time. In addition, all of his natural weapons deal additional damage equal to 1-1/2 times his Strength modifier. His bites threaten a critical hit on a 19-20 (before Improved Critical). He also counts as a 20th-level fighter for any feats that have fighter levels as a prerequisite.

  82. Yamata no Orochi is wrathful hunger embodied. Ravenous and furious, he has thankfully never ravaged Drasilia, but whispers in the Gravewood say that he has devoured many of Yggdrasil’s other fruits. His lair lies in the Abyss, but those mad enough to find him are merely consumed. Legends say that he can be stopped with strong drink, but finding enough to sate this titanic abomination is a trial itself, and when slain he explodes into an ocean of blood, drowning everything that would-be heroes tried to save.
