[3/9/15, 11:57:08 AM] Ashley (Alivi): Alice occasionally stayed at the school overnight during special weeks. it was a strange set up, but the Academy left her with both a home outside and a home inside. Supposedly it was to get her prepared to move to the school upon her high school terms. And seeing that she was almost in middle school meant they were making her stay more often.

Her parents had helped her decorate her room, and of course let her know she was free to come home if she needs to. However she felt it was quite strange, and yet freeing. It was past curfew but it never stopped her from wanting to explore. The other night she had found a small door and was wondering where it would lead. And she was ready to find out tonight.

[3/9/15, 12:03:51 PM] Sarah A- Spotteh: For the last hour, Damian had been trying to get over to Burgess again. Work kept catching up with him. Mostly just the robots that he had been working on. Every time he got up to do something, the little machines would jump on him and not let go. Whiney ass babies. They were annoying. He was going to have to fix that. He finally managed to get all of them shut off after what seemed like forever before heading off to find Alice. He knew that she was dealing with stuff at her knew school and wanted to check in on her. Which was hardly something he would do for someone like her but he needed to make things up to her. And that's exactly what he was trying to do. It hardly took him long at all to get there. When he arrived, he clung to the side of the building as a bat and tinked lightly on the window with one claw.

[3/9/15, 12:08:01 PM] Ashley (Alivi): Alice seemed quite surprised. "Damian? Why are you here?" She still was getting used to him being back in her life, but there was a smile on her face, she was excited to see him. "You look so cute!"

[3/9/15, 12:10:28 PM] Ashley (Alivi): She nodded, petting him real quick and then stepped back to let him in. "You came at a good time!"

[3/9/15, 12:19:57 PM] Ashley (Alivi): "Awesome! Let's go but we gotta be quiet." Alice slowly opened her door and waved for Damian to follow.

[3/9/15, 12:22:47 PM] Ashley (Alivi): "Shh..." Alice peeked out into the common room before sneaking through, most of the other girls were asleep, including the upper classmen but no doubt there would be some teachers patrolling. Alice led the way to the southern wing. All the while making sure Damian was behind her.
[3/9/15, 12:24:43 PM] Sarah A- Spotteh: Damian easily kept up with her, though he really didn't try as hard to hide. Most kids were either outside the range to see him, wouldn't see him even if they did believe, or were asleep. There wasn't much he had to worry about. He just did a little extra trickery for show ever now and again to keep Alice happy.
[3/9/15, 12:26:05 PM] Ashley (Alivi): Alice was happy that Damian was with her. It made her feel better. Soon they came to a dark hallway she could barely see even with her carrot sight. But she knew the door was closeby. "It is down here..." She said in a soft whisper.

[3/9/15, 12:27:42 PM] Ashley (Alivi): She nodded and went down the hallway feeling her way down. It was then she felt it. The small door. "I found it!!!" She felt around for a keyhole, her small fingers finding it. "...Do you think we can really get in?"
[3/9/15, 12:30:15 PM] Sarah A- Spotteh: "Of course. I'll need to get to it though." He wasn't too worried about what was on the other side of the door. It was probably just a small storage area or something that had been bricked off over the years. And just in case it wasn't, it was a good thing he was going in first.

[3/9/15, 12:34:02 PM] Sarah A- Spotteh: He nodded, although it was doubtful that she could see it in the dark. While Alice probably didn't have the greatest of night vision, Damian did. It was nothing spectacular. He wasn't a bat. But he could get around pretty easily with the lights off. Crouching down in front of the door, he pulled a small black cylinder out of his pocket. When it activated, the cylinder unfolded into a spider. He let the little machine climb up the wall and unlock the door. A few moments later and the lock clicked. Damian turned off the spider and tucked it into his back pocket before opening the door himself.
[3/9/15, 12:35:45 PM] Ashley (Alivi): Alice's ears perked up. "Damian, someone is coming." The door opened to a deep hallway of sorts. It got bigger enough for them to stand in once they do enter, but there was something definetly down here.

Upon closer inspection the writing seems to be in Latin. Alice looks at the letters and can't decipher them, but she does trace one before trying to open the heavy doors.

[3/9/15, 1:00:23 PM] Ashley (Alivi): The room was circular a singular silver light filtering down in the center on a pedestal was a book and a box. Surrounding it was hundreds of books and scrolls, covered with dust. There was the smell of paper, ash, and fire. There was evidence of a fire charring everything around there, but nothing had been burned.

Alice looked at the ceiling and smiled, it was a cool blue with a large silver stone creating the silvery light. Hundreds of crystals glittered as stars, and if studied, moved.

"This is so cool." There is a picture of a woman who is wearing the crystal, in her hands is a small star.

She offers the book to Damian.

[3/9/15, 1:39:58 PM] Ashley (Alivi): When Damian touches the book the writing turns into all Latin. And the picture shifts to himself as his would be imagined goal someday. His picture has more detail though rather than just holding a star, you tell me what it is tho cause i dunno.

North is holding a massive book with one hand and shaking his hand with the other. Everyone is smiling and Damian knows that the smile on his face is a real one. Damian just stares at the image with wide eyes, not sure what to make of this.

And how did she know their names, much less what was going on with the war. He did know what she was talking about. Just like he knew that not all magic was good, even if that looked like it was. In all honesty, he was just jumpy and over reacting but that didn't stop him from doing it anyways.

She.... this place has been hidden for many years...decades... they tried to keep it hidden, to remove all magic, but as you know, magic will be forever... so it is to you Alice, and Damian...that I leave the knowledge that was carefully cultivated. To do with as you wish."
