  4. Talent: Wild Magic: Whenever a crit or critfail is rolled casting a spell, roll on the Magic Surge table. The rolled spell immediately takes place as though it had rolled a 10. On a crit positive effects target PCs and negative effects target enemies, on a critfail its vice versa. Area effects target as many targets as possible [friend or foe]. Elementalist can apply, single-target effects are DM selected but still following the crit is good critfail is bad rule.

  23. -Siegfried is a mediocre wizard who gets by due to his frequent and uncontrollable magic surges. These surges have produced in him a relaxed, go-with-the-flow personality and a willingness to try new things, regardless of how 'out there' they may be. He wears a simple blue robe with a rope belt, cheap flip flops, a wizard's hat, and circular sunglasses. He has a grey beard.
  24. -Homing Magic is refluffed. Instead of creating orbs, its him building up magical energy, which is then released all at once, triggering numerous possible rolls on the Surge table.
  25. -His magic surges also cause general weirdness to happen whenever they occur, usually of a harmless variety [someone's skin color changes to blue, butterflies explode into being around him, it starts raining lemonade indoors, music starts playing from nowhere, etc].
