Starship One - the most powerful warship in the Federation, capable of destroying entire worlds. When the order is given to destroy the Earth, Flight Lieutenant John Worthy mutineers Starship One and takes on the might of the Federation.
Starship One... the most powerful prototype warship in the Federation, capable of destroying entire worlds. Two empires at war: the corrupt Federation, and the oppressive Terra Nostra. Entire planets are being wiped out. When the order is given to destroy the Earth, Federation Flight Lieutenant John Worthy kills his superior officer and mutineers Starship One. Demanding that both sides make peace, he becomes the target of both sides of the war. Worthy is pursued across the galaxy by General Gustav, an infamous military commander who brings the entire Federation fleet down upon Worthy and his Starship. After a number of intense battles, and suffering heavy vessel damage, Worthy aligns himself with an underground rebellion. He is entrusted with vessel upgrades and a robot army he needs to bring down both sides of the war. Joining with other disgruntled Federation military personnel, and Jolli, a beautiful gun-toting star pilot, Worthy wages war, but is halted when General Gustav holds his family hostage. Worthy risks losing all that is dear to him, to end the terrible war, and discovers a forbidden truth that will shake the foundations of the entire galaxy.
wow! what a fantastic movie. Now this is not in the league of a multi- million dollar budget, but was awesome nonetheless. A little rushed, they needed about another hour to make it not so choppy. each scene was only for about 1 to 2 minutes max, so it was jumping around. That being said, the CGI was fantastic, the scenery in space spectacular, the acting was not that bad, and the blond bombshell was like a Barbie doll. Big brown eyes and puffy lips, whats not to like. All the actors were very competent and the background stages were excellent for the money spent. The spaceships looked great too, although it was rushed to put like 10 different types of ships or more and so many different worlds. Slow down a bit and more time with each scene and a little more money, you might have a spectacular winner.<br/><br/>So, for anyone just wanting to see some fantastic CGI space scenes, some really awesome ships and good enough acting on a rainy day, you want be disappointed. Just try to keep up! lol.
I could have done a better voice-over with out even trying if that gives you any clue how bad this movie was.<br/><br/>Forget waterboarding, force our enemies to watch this movie instead. It will get confessions out of them quickly. NO MORE, PLEASE! I BEG OF YOU!<br/><br/>The actors, and I hesitate calling them that were terrible. Is there a sub-Z list? <br/><br/>The fat guy co-pilot who liked like he hasn&#39;t gotten out of a chair (except to eat) for fifteen years. Yea right, he couldn&#39;t have been co-pilot, he&#39;d have to burn at least some calories moving.<br/><br/>Most of the live action was obviously filmed over a green screen and had this weird blur/fuzz over it.<br/><br/>The costumes consisted mainly of baseball and hockey gear spray painted silver, with electrical conduit strapped on.<br/><br/>What was good about it? Some of the special effects were kind of okay, they didn&#39;t all look cheap. And actually the music score wasn&#39;t that bad.<br/><br/>This is a movie that shouldn&#39;t have been made. And then the agony, a sequel is (gasp) announced at the end before the credits. <br/><br/>Why watch trash like this when there is something better?
