In order to build, you need to be whitelisted. To be
whitelisted, you can visit our forums, which can be
found at http://www.dreamcraft.org/forum

Once there, register a username.

Then, activate your username with the link provided
in your email inbox.

Once you've done that, make a request in the format
outlined in the READ THIS FIRST topic,
in the Whitelist Requests section of the forum.
