  1. [09:19] -- abyssalUnderlord [AU] began pestering transcribedGuardian [TG] at 21:19 --
  2. [09:19] TG: yo
  3. [09:19] AU: I wanted to talk about my plot a little, if you didn't mind.
  4. [09:20] AU: Just a few ideas I had that I am determined to work with/use.
  5. [09:20] TG: okay
  6. [09:21] AU: Well, I am going to go ahead and confirm Bomber's specific race, known as Infernals. He and the four Hellco. administrators are of this demonic race.
  7. [09:21] TG: are they like demons
  8. [09:22] AU: Essentially, yes. Their appearences are extremely varied but are shapeshifters, having a main form or appearence they prefer to keep.
  9. [09:22] TG: alright
  10. [09:23] AU: Anyway, the meat and potatoes I really wanted to talk about here are the origins of Bomber and the other Infernals, which is more of a concept than a concrete thing, especially since I question whether it will be allowed or not.
  11. [09:24] TG: alright
  12. [09:24] TG: go ahead
  13. [09:24] AU: The general idea is that they were created long, long, long ago to act as a form of First Guardian, except with no free will.
  14. [09:25] TG: huh
  15. [09:25] TG: so they wree controlled by something? but what?
  16. [09:25] AU: Either the Narrative or a high-ranking agent of his?
  17. [09:26] TG: are they evil tho
  18. [09:26] AU: Their creator/controller?
  19. [09:26] TG: ugh I'm sorry but /afk
  20. [09:26] TG: just rattle off your ideas and when I get back
  21. [09:26] AU: Ah, no problem man.
  22. [09:26] TG: I'll provde feedback
  23. [09:26] AU: Alright, thanks for this by the way.
  24. [09:27] AU: The idea is that their creator made them to serve the same role First Guardians, trying to keep order throughout a number of universes.
  25. [09:27] AU: Same or similar role, I mean.
  26. [09:28] AU: Though, over time the Infernals (not called by this name at the time) slowly began to grow jealous, aspiring to create like the Narrative did. Using their power, they created a dimension to call their own. One they could shape in their image.
  27. [09:30] AU: Their creator was outraged to see that they would disobey, and punished them by shattering their universe and stripping them of most of their power.
  28. [09:31] AU: Barely escaping, they created a smaller pocket dimension in which they could hide.
  29. [10:22] AU: Hiding in their pocket dimension, they realized they could not sustain it in their current state. Thus, they began tapping into parts of their powers that they were forbidden from using. This had proven quite addicting, making them more demonic in all senses of the word.
  30. [10:23] AU: Over time, they made connections with other similar groups and entities. They gained followers and allies alike. Eventually, Bomber founded the company of Hellco.
  31. [10:24] AU: The company was free to grow and develop, and it flourished wonderfully. Really, its concept could be alien in comparison to a traditional company, being an odd mixture of a business and a cult.
  32. [10:24] TG: but a cult worshipping what
  33. [10:25] AU: Well, not really a cult in terms of worship and more that well, this is a demon organization doing shady things. For lack of a better word.
  34. [10:25] TG: ah.
  35. [10:25] TG: like da illyminade
  36. [10:25] AU: Yeah, heh.
  37. [10:27] AU: Anyway, things did not stay this great forever. The Infernals began noticing a strange anomaly of sorts that was destabilizing the dimension, overwhelming their own powers. It was later found out to be the work of their master who works under the Narrative.
  38. [10:28] TG: who is their masteer
  39. [10:28] AU: Either the Narrative directly or an agent of the Narrative I have not defined yet.
  40. [10:28] AU: Whichever would be more appropriate I guess.
  41. [10:29] TG: okay
  42. [10:29] TG: it should probably be an agent
  43. [10:29] AU: Yeah.
  44. [10:29] TG: well there aren't really 'agents'
  45. [10:29] TG: not like in the Conflict sense
  46. [10:29] TG: just followers
  47. [10:30] AU: Well yeah, again for lack of a better term.
  48. [10:30] TG: ye
  49. [10:31] AU: Anyhow, now the Infernals are in a desperate search for power, both to protect themselves and to return to their old state.
  50. [10:32] AU: Or else they face being erased from existence.
  51. [10:32] TG: interesting
  52. [10:32] TG: so what does this have to do with bomber coming to the war
  53. [10:34] AU: Well, in an "indirect" method of interfering with their attempts, their master has been sort of influencing the universes they have been detected in to be reset to a previous state.
  54. [10:35] AU: So, the war is important to Bomber in two ways. One, it is a great opportunity in general. And two (the major factor), it is too valuable to reset.
  55. [10:35] TG: right.
  56. [10:35] TG: I take it that's why you're wondering if this is okay
  57. [10:35] TG: because of the possibility the war could be reset?
  58. [10:36] AU: Not that, but just creating a being so powerful as well as making the Infernals, in their previous state, pseudo FGs
  59. [10:36] TG: oh, true
  60. [10:37] AU: So the idea is largely unpolished but I think that covers it.
  61. [10:38] TG: alright
  62. [10:38] TG: that sounds like a cool backstory
  63. [10:38] TG: I could picture it leading up to some kind of confrontation via sidequest, maybe?
  64. [10:39] AU: Perhaps, or the master (who I think I shall call The Arbiter) will attempt to directly interfere?
  65. [10:39] TG: yeah
  66. [10:40] AU: The main insecurity that Bomber himself faces is that he is essentially not supposed to exist. At least, not the way he is.
  67. [10:41] AU: Thus, that's where his problem with the gods stems from. They are stopping him and the other Infernals in their every attempt of preservation, simply because they gained free will.
  68. [10:42] TG: ohh
  69. [10:42] TG: right
  70. [10:45] AU: Mmm yeah, so that's basically it. Any other questions or comments by the way?
  71. [10:45] AU: Thanks for listening, by the way.
  72. [10:46] TG: no problem
  73. [10:46] TG: I agree that the concept of a race of pseudo-FGs might raise some red falgs
  74. [10:46] TG: *flags
  75. [10:47] TG: they don't still ahve that power though, right?
  76. [10:47] TG: they're trying to get it back?
  77. [10:47] AU: No, not in their current state. They are trying to regain that power though so their dimension isn't destroyed, and them along with it.
  78. [10:48] TG: alright
  79. [10:48] TG: I think that should be fine
  80. [10:48] TG: I like the idea!
  81. [10:48] AU: How does the name "The Arbiter" sound for their creater, by the way?
  82. [10:48] AU: Oh, thanks!
  83. [10:48] TG: cool
  84. [10:48] AU: Creator* :V
  85. [10:49] TG: kek
  86. [10:49] TG: but yeah, glad to hear your backstory
  87. [10:49] AU: Anyway, I wanted to pitch all of this for two reasons. One was the obvious, and the other was that, if we were to actually do that RP thing, Bomber would allude to some of what I have told you.
  88. [10:49] TG: oh, okay.
  89. [10:54] TG: alright I gtg
  90. [10:55] TG: I'm glad I could hear this
  91. [10:55] TG: it's pretty cool
  92. [10:55] AU: Mmhm, and I am glad you did.
  93. [10:55] TG:
  94. [10:55] AU: Thank you. Cya.
