Goal: Obtain Forest Temple Boss Key

Banned Items:
- Any Quiver (Standard, Big, and Biggest)
- Individual Ice and Light Arrow
- Claim Check
- Bow + Elemental Arrows
- Claim Check
- Fairy Slingshot

Clarification:
- All banned items can be obtained but cannot be equipped! For example, you can watch light arrow CS and obtain the light arrows but you cannot put the light arrow (individual or +bow) on you I, X, Y, or II buttons. The exception for this is the quiver which you cannot obtain in any way whatsoever!
- Banned Items are also banned from being on the B button from Bottle Adventure. Therefore you cannot, for example, put light arrows on B.

Hints:
The intended solution for this puzzle is a little obscure, but yes there is technically documentation out there for it. So unless there is a different solution than I intended, I do not expect someone to get this without a nudge in the right direction. I have prepared 4 hints that I will release. Each hint will be revealed 24 hours after one another beginning 24 hours after the initial puzzle reveal. Each hint give away slightly more than the last. I will update the hints here as they are made available.
