>you walk out of the main room and set Rarity down on a couch in the back room

"Don't worry, Rarity, I'll take care if the bugs."
>you grab a broom and dust pan as you reenter the main room

>you keep on shoving bugs until you feel it

>she feels it too, or at least her pupils shrinking to pinpricks would indicate that

>you shove it in, and hold her mouth shut
>the bugs, burrowing their way through the fashionista's body are slowly killing her
>indeed, her struggles stop after about ten minutes
