Do vigilante level 12 in these vehicles:
Police
Enforcer
FBI Rancher
FBI Washington
VCPD Cheetah
Barracks
Rhino
Hunter

Yes, this includes doing vigilante 8 times (or 96 levels total)

Rules:
If you start Vigilante in a vehicle, you have to do all of it in that vehicle. For example: If you started vigilante in an FBI Rancher, you are not allowed to use a cop car or a tank.
If you trash your vehicle, you must get a new one (within the 60 second time period). You are not allowed to enter a different emergency vehicle.
