I saw your advertisement on [website] and I'm interested in knowing more about the property.

Note: We are aware that some landlords have reservations about letting to students. We understand this concern and urge you to contact either of the referees below (the university probably won't be able to provide many details for bureaucratic reasons other than that it is true that one of us stayed in their student accommodation) and you will be reassured that a) we have always paid on time and, equally importantly, b) that we have never had any major issues with our landlord nor have we ever had any noise complaint against us. We would really appreciate it if you could look past preconceptions and have us repay your faith.

That said, some information about us. We are four male university-students. Our fields of study are roughly as follows: sports science, computer science, french, linguistics, physics, and pharmacology. We are all non-smokers and do not have any pets. We will all be working full time under the IEC Visa during our stay.

We will be arriving in Vancouver in pairs on May 28th and May 29th. We would be very willing to view your property on any day from May 29th onward, and would ideally start our lease on June 1st, or thereabouts. We will be staying for 2 months, after which we have to return home for university.

Please let us know of any potential viewing and we would be glad to take the chance.
