[Address] About admin systems

Hello, I write this topic, to answer some of the relevant questions being made in the San Andreas Multiplayer forums. I have been reading in topics like this one .:: http://forum.sa-mp.com/showthread.php?t=258879 ::. that some server owners have been wondering why there are inmature, childish people asking randomly for admins in their servers, so hereby in this topic, i'll give my finest suggestions to this server owners.

I must start, first of all, saying that if you have a good, active admin team, you will most likely have a good playerbase, and by other means, less people doing stupid things, like this one we are talking about.

Second, you shall always include in you script / server, that it's not allowed to ask for administration rights in your server, Not "apply in the forums", as simple as... "In this server we are NOT looking for administrators, if you ask for it, you will get jailed / kicked / banned", that message will do the job.

Third, You shall always include a topic in your forums saying "Policy on Administration Recruitment", which shall tell the members, that YOU PICK individually the users, and asking for it will get you permanently rejected, atleast I do it that way.

Having a professional admin team means having a better community, that's the key to success.
This people usually look for "nooby" servers, so getting a nice script is the key to success too.

Another intresting way, and very unique, is a "wall of instructions" (for servers that are not using roleplay gamemodes), where you include server tips (3d Text Labels would do the job), and a big one saying "we don't look for server admins".

I want to hereby wish all the server owners good luck, hoping this tips have helped some server owners.
