Kiwa: We were gathered in small groups to discuss/create an argument based on the presence of males in Emily's life, the voyeurism, and how Emily is constantly seen in frames, such as when the men sprinkled the lime around her property (window frame) and when the image of Emily's father with a horsewhip was in the fore, and Emily in the back (this was also a frame). On Thursday, I think we'll be writing a close reading.
