Saddam redid the home registry, Piter is constantly getting info on gangs, Soto talks to officers and gets evidence on corrupt ones and does forum work, Nadal is active on both,  Queen is active on both, Kemper is here once maybe twice a week, and Riker the same but with several complaints. In reality, Kemper, Riker, and Stevenson should all go
