**The Arkaine Tutorials: Welcome!**

Hello and congrats! This tutorials is designed to help those out who have just recently gotten their very first (or even just a new) Arkaine, and may not know exactly what to do.  We understand it can be a little daunting, but don't worry at all! These tutorials will teach you all you need to know, and still leave you plenty to explore.

This tutorial is designed to help you out with the need to knows on your new Arkaine. After receiving your design, there's a few things you need to do!

✅  Come up with a history for your Arkaine! This can be one of the most daunting tasks but fear not. There is plenty of information for you to look over and think about on the Arkaine website! The **Arkaine Website** has lots of resources for you and your new Ark, so make sure to take a look at this thread ( <http://arkaine.boards.net/board/6/world-map-biomes-places> ) to start getting some ideas!
✅  If you haven't already, make an account on the Arkaine website! You'll need this to participate in the ARPG.
✅   Make a registry, xp tracker, and bank account for your ark
✅    Have fun!

It may seem like a lot now, but don't worry! The mods and owners are here to help you every step of the way, as are your fellow Arkaines.

**The Arkaine Tutorials: Making an Account/Important Links**

If you wish to participate in the Arkaine ARPG, then you will need to be involved in the Arkaine's website at <http://arkaine.boards.net/> . If you're confused, don't worry! That's what we're here for. The Proboard process is very easy.

1) Locate the guest dashboard on the front page ( https://i.gyazo.com/78899225d382d4cfbfebf20399011b65.png )
2) Click it! Next a dashboard will appear, asking you to log in or register.
❗ If you've made an existing proboards account, you can log in to it, and will then be directed to make an account for the Arkaine site.
❓ If you do not have an existing proboards account, please make one using the register option!
3) Once you register for your account, sit back and wait. The admins of the Arkaine proboard will need to approve your account, but once you're all done, that's it!

*Important Links*
**Information** will pull up the important boards for the arkaine species. Once you sign up for an account, make sure to read all of these! They will help you with the next steps.
**Dashboard**will reopen the dashboard, in case you need to log out or edit your profile
**Edit Profile** will take you to the edit profile and settings menu, where you can change your avatar, information, settings, and signature. Avatar sizes are 150x150 or less. Larger images will be made to fit.

**The Arkaine Tutorials: Registering your Arkaine**

Perhaps the most daunting task, but don't worry! It's much easier than you think it is! Once you receive your new ark, if you wish to participate in the ARPG, you will need to register your Arkaine.

**The Arkaine Tutorials: Registering Your Arkaine Pt. 2**

After taking a look at these resources, its time to register your Arkaine! You will need to find the form located on the "HOW TO REGISTER YOUR ARKAINE" thread on the Arkaine Masterlist board. The path to this is "**Prism Realm -> Prism Temple -> Arkaine Masterlist**". The link is: <http://arkaine.boards.net/thread/29/register-arkaine> . This board will have the form you will need to register your Arkaine, as well as instructions about how your registration should be set up and posted.

Once you have this form, click on the Arkaine Registry at the top of the Arkaine Masterlist board, or visit this link: <http://arkaine.boards.net/board/51/arkaine-registry> . Create a new board for your Arkaine using the "Create Thread" link. ( https://i.gyazo.com/95efc657b58491acecfb986f79441f80.png )

The subject of your Arkaine Registry should be "**Arkaine Name / Discord User and ID**". Example: "Karaja / SavannahSage#7603"
Once the subject is filled out, copy and paste your form and fill it out how ever you like! ***Please note that proboards does not accept NSFW images, so images will need to be censored! If you have questions, simply ask!**

Congrats! Once your form is filled out, simply post your thread! The next step will be setting up an XP tracker, and then setting up your bank account. Your bank account could take a couple days to be assigned to you, and will be assigned by the Admins. Once it is assigned, add it to your Registry in the appropriate spot.

**The Arkaine Tutorials: XP Trackers and Tracking**

XP is the primary way to get experience for your Arkaine, and how you gain additional skills as well as level up your Arkaine. It is advised to have the Earning XP board (<http://arkaine.boards.net/thread/8/earning-xp>) open during this process.

After posting your registry, decide how you want to track your XP. This can be done in a variety of ways, but XP MUST be tracked. One suggested way it to create a reply to your original post (https://i.gyazo.com/c142acf32cd487ae6e98523cebe94642.png), and track your XP this way.

It is suggested that you display an XP Log, to keep everything in order, above your recorded XP. An XP Log can include (but doesn't have to):
Total starting XP (all Arkaines received 1000 XP simply for making a registry!), Total Art XP, Total Literature XP, Bonus XP, and Total XP.

All XP trackers must include proof of the XP that is being tracked. **You can not simply say you have ____ amount of XP. You must display where the XP is coming from**. There are a variety of ways to do this, but the common way is to simply state the XP total, and the break down of XP. *You must do this for every individual image/literature you are claiming XP for*

Make sure that once you've finished with this step you update your Arkaine Registry's XP total, and check to see what level you've obtained!

**The Arkaine Tutorials: The Last Steps**

The hard part is over! Now there's only a few things left to do.

Once you receive your bank account, head over to the prism market to open your bank account page. Rules and forms can be found: < http://arkaine.boards.net/board/15/prism-realm-bank> and you can post your bank account here: <http://arkaine.boards.net/board/57/arkaine-bank-accounts>. After you open your bank account, make sure to contact the owners or mods! Sometimes your Arkaine can have special starting gear or gold, and you don't want to miss out on that!

After all these steps are done, its time to get out there and spread some Arkaine love! Get involved in plots, make friends, make enemies, and earn XP!
