BEC-TERO Entertainment Public Co. Ltd. is an entertainment conglomerate in Thailand that organizes and promotes concerts, owns record labels and produces films and television shows. It is a subsidiary of BEC World Public Co. Ltd., which also owns Bangkok Entertainment Co. Ltd., operator of Thai Channel 3 and used to own TV3 Ghana between years 1997-1999 before sold to Malaysian company, and now owned by Ghanaian company.

BEC World Public Co. Ltd. was formed in 1995 by the Maleenont family to combine all its interests in broadcasting and media. The subsidiary, BEC-TERO, was formed on March 27, 1998.

Channel 3 is a Thai free-to-air television network that was launched on 26 March 1970 as Thailand's first commercial television station. Channel 3 is operated by BEC Multimedia Company Limited (“BECM”), a subsidiary of publicly traded company BEC World Public Company Limited. The network is headquartered in the Maleenond Towers of Bangkok.

Channel 3 was launched on 26 March 1970 at 10:00 Bangkok Time by Prime Minister Field Marshal Thanom Kittikachorn. This broadcast area was only limited to the Bangkok Metropolitan Area during its early years. On 1 January 1985, it launched its first teletext service known as Infonet. On 1 January 1987, started to air in stereo and, during the 1990s, its stereo broadcast was introduced into its VHF free-to-air station nationwide. TV3 was also experimenting with bilingual transmission using a second audio track in the 1990s.

During its early years, Channel 3's airtime lasted 6-hours, broadcasting from 16:00 to 22:00, and later expanded to the daytime hours. For a short period of time, it started broadcasting 24 hours a day in 1997, but was terminated due to the 1997 Asian financial crisis. The network resumed its 24-hour airtime again by 1 January 2005.

On 1 January 2001, Channel 3 was the first station in Thailand to broadcast a 3D film. The movie, Jaws 3-D, required a pair of 3D glasses that can either be bought from certain stores partnered with the network for the event or attained from elsewhere.

As the broadcaster who has full ownership of the airtime, the channel is currently obliged to schedule programmes, arrange and modernise the programming format in order to attract as many viewers as possible.

Channel 3 Family's schedule consists of 75% of programming for children and families such as cartoons, 25% in news and other content, including foreign content such as movies and dramas from Taiwan, China and South Korea.

Eazy FM 105.5 is a Thai radio station that broadcasts in Greater Bangkok area on 105.5 MHz. The station is operated by BEC Multimedia Company Limited (“BECM”), a subsidiary of publicly traded company BEC World Public Company Limited.

Eazy FM 105.5 to this day remains the number one international music station in Bangkok.

Family News 106FM is a Thai radio station that broadcasts in Greater Bangkok area on 106.0 MHz. The station is operated by BEC Multimedia Company Limited (“BECM”), a subsidiary of publicly traded company BEC World Public Company Limited. The station launched on December 1, 2007 at midnight.

Family News 106FM offers a variety of news and current affairs programs 24 hours a day. The station broadcasts 5-minute news breaks at the top of the hour and 3-minute news breaks at the bottom of the hour.
