personal history :
➖ having moved to seoul from daegu at age 10 it was extremely hard fitting in along others. he was never really bullied, he even had many friends. but WONYOUNG wasn’t really satisfied with life. in order to mask this uncertainty of life WONYOUNG turned to satirical comedy, joking constantly about his daily struggles and found joy in being the jokester.

later on finding interest in the ice musical club at his school WONYOUNG continued on to take lessons and in very short time mastered the art of figure skating. but that comes with many scars. at some point while prepping for a performance he somehow got his hand stuck between the blade and the boot and ended up cutting almost completely around his wrist. thankfully he was found before he lost too much blood and was taken to the hospital.

as for his tattoo, he got that beauty back when he was about sixteen. living with his father had many pros and cons, but traveling the world was definitely a pro. having visited Japan during spring they had made it just in time to witness the cherry blossoms bloom. in celebration the then sixteen year old WONYOUNG went along with his father to a tattoo parlor his father’s friend owned. and a couple hours of passing out and waking up came out a whole forearm of cherry blossom. of course after seeing the fruit of his pain WONYOUNG wanted more. and so about a year later, the piece was finished and he had a whole sleeve and right shoulder blade of cherry blossom tree.

why they joined the circus :
➖ WONYOUNG most importantly wanted to help provide an income to his father after his car crash and to help with paying the hospital and house bills. After all he needed to eat too. but he also joined for the excitement of entertaining others. WONYOUNG is a little hoe for attention so he’s just obsessed with the ‘oohs’ and ‘ahhs’ of the crowd. one thing for sure is that he DIDN’T RUN AWAY TO THE CIRCUS, he just found out that they were looking for someone with his skills.
