Groups can have interests they act upon, even national groups which are de faco racial or ethnic in some par of their ethos. But you cant explicitly say it, especially nt anout diaspora groups and Jews innparticular. Otherwise you ruin hyperindividualism

Or if they think it exists they thik a democrat told them to do it. I suppose you could enforce a ban on idebtity politics, not very liberal really and would probably have shit out civil roghts as we knew it since that was done by Black identitarians (otherwise you basically need to make an exploitable exception for sufficiently woke and appealing IP, or require it to exist within ideological bounds, which defeat the purpose of an open liberal society or the law itself).

But even then this would require a Liberal (ie very white) supermajority to enforce it. It is easier for a hegemon to enforce a disarmament than to get squabblig nations to all agree.
