- Q. How long does a refund take?
- A.We can not answer this. Each refund is unique and have their own set of circumstances.
- Q. Can I refund the same place more than one time?
- A. you can refund 1 time per year with the same info. (IE same address, credit card, name etc)
- Q. What is a double dip?
- A. A double dip is when you receive a replacement and a refund. We don’t usually reccomend this.
- Q. What do you mean by multiple items?
- A. You can order 3-7 items Max. All items must be delivered the same day by the same carrier. Different boxes are ok.
- Q. Can I do faster shipping?
- A. Yes you can choose faster shipping and is highly recommended.
- Q. Am I refunded for my full order total including tax and shipping?
- A. Yes
- Q. Do I pay you on item price only or the full balance I paid?
- A. You pay us based on your complete order total.
- Q. Do I have to order $250 or more?
- A. No, however we will charge you based off the minimum $250.
- Q. Do I sign for my packages?
- A. No signature is best. If you have to sign, use a fake legible name.
- Q. I received my packages, can I start using my items?
- A. We suggest you wait until you receive the refund email.
- Q. Can I call and check the status on my refund myself?
- A. No. By calling and checking yourself you can must up the refund method and could possibly make your refund fail.
