[center][collapse=How it all began~]Life must start somehow and for Ane it was like this: Her mother an Irish woman who had a love for languages decided to move to Japan to teach the English language in a course. Her father a promising baseball player in the Japan league decided he wanted to learn English to improve his chances of moving to America.

That’s how Katie and Ichiro met each other. An improbable manner, but in the end the questions about lesson turned into questions about going out after school or during his free days and it evolved from there. The young couple enjoyed their time in Kobe until they decided to step up.

And speeding up a little this story, two years later, while he was playing for the Hanshin Tigers, his wife was watching the game with him, but she had to get medical attention. Ane was born in the ball park… For most young men playing baseball in the Koshien is an honor, as for Ane? She was born there, literally.

Her first few years in life were spent in Kyoto. She was a normal child her only remarkable thing was the fact that she had green eyes with a Japanese face. Which would always bring comments about her, but most of them were not about her eyes, but her attitude. At school she loved to play tee ball and as she was growing it turned out that she had a love for baseball. Her mother wasn’t so happy about it, but her father somehow was, after all Ane was his only child – and he knew it would stay like that.[/collapse]

[collapse=Living in Kyoto]Living in Kyoto also had a few perks. Living close to her grandparents allowed Ane met her cousin, Aoi who lived across the city. That’s because her mother had to work a lot and having no husband, usually the girl was with her grandparents. That made Aoi and Ane develop quite a bond, even being cousins, they sometimes acted like sisters. But different from Ane, Aoi was more a girly type of girl, while Ane was more of a tomboy.

At the age of 10, Ane, to her mother’s relief, began to enjoy playing tennis as well. But whenever it was off season, her father would play baseball with her, which made Ane enjoy both sports a lot and of course… Join the boys and a few girls in playing baseball.

Those were her younger years. Also, whenever in her grandpa’s place without and even with Aoi, the old man would teach her the ways of the sword. Aoi had no interest in such a thing, loving the idea of being an idol for an early age. But Ane, against her mother’s desires, loved the idea and loved to learn that…

Aoi and Ane went to different schools and of course, at school Ane had her troublesome and happy moments. Those green eyes often attracting the attention of the boys – perhaps some girls as well. But she wasn’t a loner, she had a few friends, one of them, even, became an idol thanks to Ane, right, Asami?

The charming baseball player, though, had to stop it when she was 15, after all she was not desiring to be molested at all. And at least the verbal things had already started. She moved on to tennis club, despite being a good player she had never had the intention of become a pro or something.

After school, almost every week, her other love was karaoke with Asami, and other times with Aoi – she was a good singer, but not one to become an idol or something…[/collapse]

[collapse=The Banshee]But months before Ane’s graduation from the high school, her grandfather died – advanced age does that to people. But during his last ill days, he gave Ane the family sword – he wished he had given it to a male member, but his son, Ane’s daddy had no interest. And then, Ane took the Naruse family sword for herself.

And she decided to make a use of that sword. She lived in the suburbs of Kyoto, and coming back home for her and other girls sometimes was quite a tension as molester would appear sometimes. Taking the sword with her, Ane began to chase down some of those guys, to the point of getting rid of them after some time, not in a clean way, as she slashed off a hand or two. But there was born the Banshee of Kyoto. Some would even call her the Yuki-onna as she appeared during the winter period. If she kept doing it or not, remains a mystery.[/collapse]

[collapse=Tokyo University]A few of her friends had left town, her cousin Aoi as well moved out to search for her idol dreams. But Ane? She had a love for physics and then decided to move on to Tokyo university, she had the brains for it, just needed the money, which her father happily helped her with. At least in the beginning.

Living in Ogikubo was her option. Not far from the university of Tokyo and calm enough to let her study in peace. But there were things in there that Ane loved: Sport centers and karaoke! But even though her parents were fine with the idea of paying for her studies they were not fine with paying for her desires… And then Ane had to work for those if she wished.

So that’s where Ane is now, twenty years old, barely an adult by Japanese laws, struggling to keep her grades up since she was not able to get a scholarship -her father until today scolds her for sleeping too much and becoming late for the scholarship tests! And struggling to work to pay for her karaoke, trips, cosplay and other amusements she enjoyed...[/collapse][/center]
