  1. Paranoid Syndrome
  2. I saw many paranoid members here, regard covering their footprints, especially when it comes to link building campaign. And there is a lot of BS I see coming out from reputable members so it's time for a different perspective.

  14. I have been building links from various sources over the past few years. and the past few months especially, I was creating a bunch of accounts from my IP WordPress, Gmail Accounts, Pinterest (Ton of them) and Tumblrs ( Yesterday only registered 61 expired one).
  15. From my IP and never used a single proxy. For who says that creating many properties using the same IP that this leaves footprints for Google.
  16. This is such a moron hypothesis, from a very very basic technical Point of view. How can Google access their IP logs for each created account?
  17. And Also how it could access each email account for every single property created on any of those platforms?
  18. I have an empire of running accounts without the need of using a Single proxy at least regarding MANUAL link building campaigns. So before saying false technical information regard IP logging, and that bragging. Read before you write, as this will give you much credibility. Rather than saying words that are not empowered by any evidence.
  19.
  20. The concern isn't Google, it's the platforms you're building these links on. I've had a Tumblr link network banned before because I mistakenly thought I was using proxies when in fact I wasn't.
  21. Also, creating many Gmail accounts is certainly a violation of the ToS, I've had accounts banned for this too.
  22. The concern isn't Google, it's the platforms you're building these links on. I've had a Tumblr link network banned before because I mistakenly thought I was using proxies when in fact I wasn't.
  23. That just means you're not important enough/doing things successfully enough for them to care.
  24. I have empire of them more than 250 Tumblrs created on the same IP and no single one of Them Banned
  25. You mentioned your empire twice, it's looking like a stealth sales thread lol!
  26. That just means you're not important enough/doing things successfully enough for them to care.
  27. With results accompanied from those to me? Will you say the same. Success at least is relative, not absolute.
  28. That just means you're not important enough/doing things successfully enough for them to care.
  29. Not necessarily, he could be building them out properly, adding a theme, putting out real content. When my link network got banned, I put almost zero effort into them, putting up spun content and not bothering to set up a theme or an avatar.
  30. If you build the network slowly enough it might not flag you for a manual review either.
  31. You mentioned your empire twice, it's looking like a stealth sales thread lol!
  32. Paranoia can take different forms
  33. 100% agreed, just opened a new Paypal account few weeks ago, verified, made couple transaction from my home IP. You guys are too paranoid, it's more likely G, Fb, PP to detect the proxy instead of your IP which is more legit.
  34. Websitetwitter.com
  35. OP I think you have the wrong end of the stick, I suggest continue building your mega network without taking precautions and see what happens, I bet you will have a different outlook in 3-6 months time.

  38. Yes, you may be right.
  39. There are many misconceptions spread from a 'chinese telephone' kind of thing.
  40. People use to worry about "Referring IP" which would be the server which hosts your backlink. Having all 50 of your backlinks from a single server pretty much screams "I'm building links".
  41. Building many accounts on 1 IP for various platforms can be done, but when/if they do decide to ban any of your accounts, it's very easy for them to find your entire 'empire' without much effort. So as @Asif WILSON Khan said, in about 3-6 months you might get fucked.i don't have an empire or use proxies but i have several projects going on at the same time, with home IP some just hobby, some for business, I am in no way milking it but I think majority of the time it's a case of when you will get caught
  42. We really dont know how Google is detecting these things so I would just be as careful as possible.

  49. Totally agree with you. I’ve worked professionally and on my own projects for various clients. If opening and managing accounts from the same IP how the heck does an ad agency manage properties for their clients. As long as its in the up and up and you’re not doing shady things you have nothing to worry about.

  53. Thats why you host your sites on one IP and then use a CDN like cloudflare
  54. When you use cloudflare your origin IP is hidden so no way they can find your sites are linked
  55. It also gives you a ranking boost. I found my site went up 2 positions in SERP 48 hours after i added cloudflare :). (and i didn't do any other changes.. that was the only thing i did)
