<Sandwitches> "Yes, let me go get them."  Akiha says rising form her seat.  "Please wait here." She says as she vanishes out into the Mansion.
<Gilliam_Jaeger> Hazama leans back in his seat, and turns to Kei. "So, what do you think of her?" A grin. "She's a good person, isn't she?"
<MibbitXAN> "Very much so. Too good to deserve to have to hear the stuff I just told her." Kei sighs.
<Gilliam_Jaeger> "She's stronger than you think, Kei." Hazama stares at the roof. "She adopted the kids when she was around 16 years old, and took care of them with all her heart. It takes a certain strength of character to do that, especially after an event like Impact."
<MibbitXAN> "That's not what I meant." Kei shakes her head.
<Gilliam_Jaeger> "I know."
<MibbitXAN> "Enigmatic bastard."
<Sandwitches> At this time Akiha returns with a small smiling pinkhaired girl in a white shirt and blue jeans.  "This is Hisui."  Akiha introduces.
<Gilliam_Jaeger> Hazama grins and waves. "Heya kiddo!"
<MibbitXAN> "I'm Kei. Pleased to meet you, Hisui" Kei grins.
<Sandwitches> The Small girls bows to kei, before smiling at Hazama.  "Sensei!  What are you doing here?"
<Gilliam_Jaeger> He grins and scratches his head through his hat. "I thought it had been too long since I'd last seen my favourite former students! How have you been?"
<Sandwitches> "I've been Good!"  sher says jumping up onto the couch beside him and giving him a hug.  "How about you?"
<Gilliam_Jaeger> "Ah, piloting giant robots is hard work, but its also very rewarding, you know?"
<Gilliam_Jaeger> He pats the small girl on the head.
<MibbitXAN> "He's got a girlfriend~" Kei singsongs, smirking
<Gilliam_Jaeger> Hazama -glares- at Kei over Hisui's head, where the girl can't see.
<Sandwitches> Hisui's head crocks to the side and she turns to face Kei.  "You're his girlfriend?"
<Gilliam_Jaeger> Hazama cracks up snickering.
<MibbitXAN> "No, no. Already engaged to someone else." Kei laughs. "A logical guess, though"
<Gilliam_Jaeger> "Actually, its Akebara," Hazama tells the girl. "You remember her, right?"
<Gilliam_Jaeger> (Also, retcon out that glare >_>)
<Sandwitches> "Kasshu-Sensei and Yuuki-Sensei are together?"  The girl says with surprise.  "Does that mean I'm going to need to start calling her Yuuki-Sensei as well?"
<Gilliam_Jaeger> Hazama pauses for a second. "Huh, I didn't think of that..." he says, tapping his chin in exaggerated thought.
<Gilliam_Jaeger> He shrugs. "I'll have to talk to her about it. Though I think we're a few months away from that point, at any rate."
<MibbitXAN> "Indeed. Hey, Hisui, you ever considered piloting a mech when you're older?" Kei grins.
<Sandwitches> The girl nods.
<MibbitXAN> "And your thoughts?"
<Sandwitches> "It could be fun...  Mother doesn;t want Kohaku and I to pilot an Eva though.  She says they're too dangerous."
<Gilliam_Jaeger> "I'm of the same opinion."
<MibbitXAN> "Yeah, trust me, there are some serious problems with Eva design. I'm pretty sure that, given an option, no one would WANT to pilot them as opposed to something else."
<MibbitXAN> "A mech that can kill you through feedback if it gets damaged is a bad idea."
<Sandwitches> Hisui looks confused...  though Akiha strangely nods.
<MibbitXAN> "Basically, the pilot of an Eva feels all the damage it takes. So if the Eva loses an arm, the pilot feels like THEY'VE lost an arm. And if, say, the Eva's head gets blown up..." Kei trails off.
<Gilliam_Jaeger> "Kei, is this REALLY the time and place?"
<MibbitXAN> "Sorry." Kei facepalms. "I wasn't thinking."
<MibbitXAN> "That said, there are plenty of mechs out there that are safer than Evas."
<Sandwitches> "I know about Synchronization."  The woman responds quietly.
<Gilliam_Jaeger> Hazama looks to Akiha. "...Who told you?" he asks, his tone concerned.
<Sandwitches> "I've... Probably known longer than you Hazama."  the woman admits.
<Gilliam_Jaeger> "I see..." Hazama mutters. ('Damnit, can't I have one conversation with my friends these days without things getting serious?!')
<MibbitXAN> Kei gets a sick feeling in her gut about this, but remains quiet. It's not polite to pry, after all.
<MibbitXAN> "Right." Kei moves to shift the subject. "Hisui, you know Rei Ikari, right?"
<MibbitXAN> (Sand, you typing?)
<Sandwitches> (sorry)
<MibbitXAN> (No problem)
<Sandwitches> Hisui nods and smiles.  "Yup, she just took home a dress I picked out for her!"
<MibbitXAN> Kei laughs "Excellent!" Looks like her suspicions were right on the mark. "She's going to be my sister-in-law in about a month. It's a bit complicated but... Let's see, are you familiar with the Emiya family?"

<Sandwitches> Hisui nods again.
<OvermanXAN> "Right. I'm getting married to Kojiro. I don't know if you're familiar with him, but he's Sakura's adopted son. Meanwhile, Rei's brother, Shinji, is getting married to Sacchin- er, sorry Satsuki, Sakura's adopted daughter." Kei grins "There, that make sense?"
<Sandwitches> The girl nods again.
<OvermanXAN> "And I was already friends with Rei because I'd been staying in the same apartment as her for a while, so I figured, hey, I should meet some of her friends, because she's a good kid. Not to mention that Hazama here's been praising you and Kohaku like crazy, and it's not easy to get him to do that." Kei grins.
