  3. I am founder and CEO at Topshipment startup and I am looking for the UX/UI/WEB Front End Developer. Candidate should be highly talented and delivery oriented Developer to work on multiple projects involved the Front-End technologies with knowledge and experience in making fast and clean markups from PSD files, valid XHTML, CSS markup, Javascript, XHR, HTML5, CSS3, Version control, Symfony2, Git, Twig.

  5. The ideal candidates should possess strong initiative, technical, design, skills, along with good communication skills (excellent English).

  7. It is telecommuting job ideally as a part-time from the beginning.

  9. We are giving equity-based compensation retaining partnership position and creating a long-term commitment to the company success. That is why I would like to reward innate involvement and not trying to buy it. You get 5% of the company equity and if you decide to leave prematurely, you will sell your full stack to the equity shareholders first. You cannot leave for the first three years and during that time we should maintain our commitments and build and maintain http://topshipment.com application.   15. What will be the estimated workload?
  16. Depends really on the many things, We would certainly agree on the milestones before we start. If we are speaking about the workload that we have based on the average assessment it will be orbiting about a min. 25 hours per week for the next three maybe four months to be sufficient for all of us to finish the application and reach our deadline go live date. After go live date workload will drop down the load level at the debugging, maintenance and developing new services on the top.
