Is Ninetales Due For A Resurgence in GSC NU?

Strengths:

Weaknesses:
	-Mention how being weak to Octillery alone heavily nukes it matchup list.
	-Mention how easily it is revenge killed by Dugtrio
	-Mention how it makes it very difficult to teambuild with
	-Mention how difficult it is to fit Octillery hard counters into a team and how one of them, Chinchou, stack weaknesses with it and is also difficult to fit onto a team.

		-Weezing, Primeape, and non Curse Porygon get neutered by Sun due to Thunder accuracy, making otherwise good partners not work
		-Fearow can't take advantage of an Octillery in sun due to being weak to hp ice or electric, making it not work as a partner either
	-Mention how all of this makes teambuilding with Sunny Day Ninetales fairly one dimensional
