Breeder Manifesto

Statement of Intent

There are several common complaints among the breeder class. The purpose of this rework is to address these issues and make the breeder class have more variety, solid mechanics, and fulfill a role as a caretaker of pokemon while remaining an interesting and viable choice for a base class.

Primary Concerns:

 -Many useless base features
 -Lack of features related to advanced classes
 -Very little party support
 -Natural Edge + pigenholes you into super high wis/cha builds

Secondary Concerns:

 -Emphasis too heavy on eggs
 -Encourages ditching parents for offspring
 -Generally bland and uninteresting

Intended Role:

 -Emphasizes the raising and care of pokemon
 -Provides party support
 -Influence on loyalty
