She rarely gets awkward and can make conversation easily, she never ran out of topics. She also always greets everyone, will chat a bit while if she knew the person and just smiling or nods her head if she doesn't know the person. She helps people around just to please them, very dependable. She's that type of friendly girl that everyone wants to associate with.

Claire was born from a Korean father and a Taiwanese mother, but both were already US citizens when they met. They met in their workplace in LA, got married and lived there. That's why she gained 3 names : Korean name, English name, and Chinese name. She lived up to 10 y.o in LA, and then moved to her father's hometown, which is in Sout Korea, after her mother retired from being a nurse because her brother was born.
Since she was a child, she's closer to her father than to her mother. Her mother is always being more dicipline and more demanding to her rather than to her brother. So since she was child, she is always timid and does everything to please her mother.
Her mother was also the one against her decision to proceed her education back to LA. She wants Claire to go to local university in Korea so she could control Claire strictly. Luckily, her father understand Claire's desire to feel freedom from her mother's pressure, and her father let her back to US. She stayed in LA in her aunt's place, went to California Southern University, took a major of political science and graduated two years ago. She's currently back in Korea, take a post-graduate program in local university to take a master degree in political science. She's also currently started her own youtube channel to post make up tutorials and has been an activist for stray animals rescue for several years now.

first impression on each other :
they met for the first time in his house. it was his time to have vacation and he came back home to his family. usually they throw a party in their house to celebrate his arrival, where they invited some relatives and close friends. claire was there because some of her close friends, who were in the same university as her, happen to be his high school's mates and often to be invited to the house. claire came along with her best friend, who was his ex girlfriend, because this best friend insists that he is a famous idol in korea.
they were introduced, and both of their first impression to each other were opposites. she saw him as a great person, with his manner and of course his occupation, but labeled him as "another arrogant guy" that she doesn't want to associate with. even though he behaved humble, but claire saw him as an arrogant prick, only because she know he come from a wealthy family with now having an extraordinary job that makes him famous all around the world. quite opposites, he had a good first impression on her. he saw her as a hardworking girl who is nice and friendly. he heard about her being an activist and it fascinates him. he clearly saw her as an ambitious girl.
but the interaction stopped there because they didn't talk much in the party either.
