- You are Xarik, a wizard living in the kingdom of Larion. You have a staff and
- a spellbook. You finish your long journey and finally arrive at the ruin you've
- been looking for. You look around and see that it's not much different than
- when you left it. The only thing different is the dead bodies lying about everywhere.
- Suddenly a voice calls out to you from behind one of the corpses
- > cast magic missile at the voice
- You quickly run towards the voice and cast magic missile at it. It hits the corpse

- > say "Hey Bones, how's it going?"
- You approach the skeleton and see that he is not really asleep. He looks around
- confused and then starts to laugh. The laughter gets louder as you get closer
- until finally it becomes an ear piercing shriek. You stop your attack and look
- up at the sky
- > I think to myself "Why must you fail me so often?" and cast disintegrate on Bones
- You quickly cast disintegrate on Bones who screams out in pain before turning
- into dust. You walk over to the skeleton and examine his body. You notice that
- it has been badly mutilated. His face has been bitten off and his arms and legs
- cut off
- > look around for his harms and legs
- You look around for any wounds or leg missing from the skeleton. You find none
- so you pick him up and put him back down where he was. You also realize that
- you don't know what this thing is called anymore. You just call it a skeleton
- now.
- > transmute the bones into a chair
- You take the skeleton and place him back in the ground. You then use your hands
- to form a chair out of the bones. You sit down and try to figure out what to
- do next. You remember that there is a door here and you wonder if you should
- go through it
- > scoot chair closer to the door
- You scoot the chair closer to the door. You hear something outside and you look
- out the window to see a group of orcs coming towards the castle. They seem to
- be heading straight for the castle. You can't believe they didn't notice you
- yet.
- > shout "Hey stupid orcs, I'm over here!"
- You yell out "Hey stupid orcs! I'm over here!" and point your finger at them.
- They all stop their advance and stare at you in disbelief. They stand still
- staring at you for several minutes before one of them slowly walks forward and
- picks you up in his hand
- > cast wall of fire to shield myself from the orcs
- You cast wall of fire to protect yourself from the orc attackers. You watch as
- the orcs charge the castle walls only to be stopped by the wall of flames. You
- watch as the orcs attempt to break through the wall with axes and spears but
- you easily knock them aside with a wall of fire
- > cast fireball to destroy the orcs
- You cast fireball at the orcs. It seems to work quite well against the orcs.
- You watch as the orcs fall dead to the floor. You look around and see that the
- rest of the orcs have already made it inside the castle. You feel a little bad
- about killing them though
- > cast grasping hand and pull all of the orcs in the castle back out onto the battlefield
- You cast grasping hand and grab all of the orcs in the castle. You then drag
- them back out onto the battlefield
- > cast sleep
- You cast sleep on the orcs. You wake up later to find that most of the orcs have
- left the battlefield. You spend the rest of the day trying to track down the
- remaining orcs and kill them
- > look around for the remaining orcs
- You look around for the remaining orcs. You soon find them and kill them. You
- then head back to the battle. You find that the battle is pretty much won. The
- king has been killed and the castle taken. The orcs have fled back to their
- homes
- > Replace the throne with the bone chair and sit upon it
- You replace the throne with the bone chair and sit upon it
- > gaze out over my kingdom with my powerful magical eyes and look for any signs of trouble
