Faceit ban

I have no idea what to do now.
I don't really care for faceit since I'm not made for this game at all, but also the entire platform is scummy and allows all sorts of unsportsmanlike behaviour like cheating, smurfing, throwing games based on pistol round, the experience is overall terrible, but the problem comes when I am labeled as something I am not: a cheater.
I am banned for 2 years from faceit and now everyone will think that I cheated with some malicious shit like DMA or software or whatever... which is obviously not the f####ng case, and that's why I'm so pissed off at it. I would not mind not even a permanent ban from faceit, but I am wrongfully labeled, and it's just not fair. I have made a ticket appeal, and I was not answered by a human being, just a robot or a copy&paste response. It's so unfair, and frustrating. I am talking to the wall pretty much.
There are others, like me, who simply had the command loaded.
Others, that also have proof of not using any commands at all, like this guy https://steamcommunity.com/profiles/76561198389599950 (he has some nsfw banners, don't click on stream if you're reading this there), he was streaming all the games of that day iirc on his twitch that he goes by the same name on.
I am not so fortunate, but I do have some screenshots (that you can find on the description of my profile, prnt.sc links) that may or may not do me some favors in that regard...
Either way, I'm also fortunate to only having played 2 games, so if someone theoretically wants to watch my demos and confirm that I was indeed not even using any cheats, they could. The truth is out there, somewhere, I'm sure.
I'm asking for your help only because I am desperate and I don't know what to do since faceit support is full of robots and not humans nowadays. I think they just automate tickets by using AI or something.

It hurts, it hurts so much, after I'm always going against cheaters, nonprimes in low elo who don't know how to play but seem to always find an instant hs prefire on off-angles, or smurfs, whatever, and now *I'm* the one being banned...

I can't deny that it's stupid to use that command on faceit, but I simply assumed that console commands could never get you banned, at least this harshly, and not in such an automated manner, because no one ever was banned for just console commands. In csgo there was a similar drama, but in that case people literally went on their game files to change something so that some walls would disappear. Those bans are 100% justified (still, I wouldn't put them on the SAME place as those who use softwares and DMAs, but they are still cheaters and scummy). Please, use your voice to make people aware of this, and/or maybe someone high in the ranks of faceit. I want justice.

I won't go as low as making a new account just to play with friends. I am not scum. I either play on my main account or I don't.
