  1. Start: 10 pm, Sunday, Eleasis 15, 1396
  2.
  3. During the two/twenty day interim, Ivy purchased a staff of awaken undead for Vix.
  4.
  5. Vix used this staff to awaken the great wyrm dragon skeletons she collected from the Well of Dragons.
  6.
  7. The party decided to decamp to Sigil.
  8.
  9. There, they met an information broker named Wind-up Jimmy.
  10.
  11. Jimmy appeared simultaneously untrustworthy and reliable, and the party judged him 'good enough' to entrust their coin with.
  12.
  13. Cassius gave him a large sum of gold to collect specific items for him within three days, if Wind-up Jimmy can be trusted.
  14.
  15. Ivy gave Wind-up Jimmy an incredible bribe, if he can acquire a specific set of difficult to find gear within the day. Wind-up Jimmy honestly told her he did not know if he could, but he would try. He advertised briefly for his cousin, Guillermo's shop, and requested to meet there in the evening. Ronja gave him a list as well. Wind-up Jimmy seemed scattered and overwhelmed by this increasingly daunting task before him, but he accepted.
  16.
  17. Wind-up Jimmy hasted himself and flew off.
  18.
  19. During their sojourn through Sigil, Cassius purchased cultivation equipment intended to be used for his path to ascension.
  20.
  21. Vix decided on a whim to visit a slave shop.
  22.
  23. There, a nalfeshnee slaver named Slugtoe peddled his wares. The entire process was closely oversaw by Dabus, the enforcement agents of the Lady of Pain. Everything was above board, so to speak.
  24.
  25. They decided to overlook the blue slaad, Scruples, who claimed he could grant them wishes. He was obviously lying.
  26.
  27. Ultimately, Ivy purchased the drider, Felyxtha, and the moon elf, Shareena. Both have chaotic evil alignments. The drider is a barbarian and cleric of lolth, and the elf is a bard and demonologist. After leaving the slave market, Ivy dominated both subjects.
  28.
  29. Ronja took an interest in the Movanic Deva named Radiance and the Azer smith named Gregor. She spoke with them both briefly and devised her plan. She would free Radiance, provided he would check in on Tonks and did so.
  30.
  31. Radiance left to Elysium, 'will speak of Ronja's deeds in the heavens'. Gregor joined up, is fine with mind wiping as long as he is paid. He agreed to look in on Tonks, and claimed: 'I will make it my personal mission to look in on this man at least once, and make sure he is safe.'
  32.
  33. Gregor she recruited for working on the demiplane, if he gave his consent to have memories of the location wiped from his mind upon completion of his work. He accepted the offer.
  34.
  35. Cassius took no interest in any slave.
  36.
  37. Vix took interest in the scorpionfolk ranger, Sorrow. He told a tale of how everyone he ever loved was hunted down and soul-consumed by a night hag. He was glum, dreary, defeated, and had little interest in anything. Naturally, Vix took an interest in him as a prospective groom for Ronja.
  38.
  39. Additionally, she spoke to the fallen planetar, Noontide. Initially, she was repulsed by his arrogant attitude. However, she made the determination she could make use of him, and purchased him.
  40.
  41. Slugtoe seemed pleased by the purchases. The party inquired about his wares, and he answered evasively. They requested 'interesting subject' be produced for the next day's market, including some fey. He thought about it and accepted the proposal, likely enticed by the business.
  42.
  43. Primarily, Vix and Cassius spoke with Noontide, who taunted Vix. They determined he is a capable fighter in his own right, and far older than he appears. Additionally, Noontide is devoted to ideals, and is devoted to the concept of sowing bloodshed, destruction, and death. In a warped sense, he effectually behaves like a Planetar, with an entirely different set of principles.
  44.
  45. This talk led to Cassius challenging Noontide to a duel, to back up his claims. The duel would be unarmed and would last until one party yielded or was defeated.
  46.
  47. They traveled to a dueling ring outside the Hall of Concordance, a place designated to settle lawful disputes.
  48.
  49. The duel did not last long. Noontide healed himself after what he determined was 'Cassius cheating'. He stuck to this line of logic.
  50.
  51. He commended Cassius, despite the accusation of cheating. He 'named his price' to serve Vix.
  52.
  53. He tasked the party with recovering his sword, an estoc named 'Gleaming Noon'. It was held in a vault by his former master, Garl Glittergold. He hinted he was (appropriately) viewed as a traitor, and could not recover the sword himself. He specified his intent to 'sanctify' it to his new ideals and form.
  54.
  55. This request was briefly considered and disregarded. The party came up with a new plan.
  56.
  57. Ivy attempted to dominate Noontide several times. After the first failure, he began to fly away, protesting. Vix followed him closely, and Ivy continued until she succeeded, which took two more attempts.
  58.
  59. Noontide was dominated for 25 hours.
  60.
  61. Vix cast a geas on Sorrow. Her prompt was 'your quest is to serve me, following my orders until you kill the night hag that has taken your family's souls'.
  62.
  63.
  64.
  65.
