  11. Roleplay: Androids... androids, androids, androids. Nothing but trouble, and they already busted up Braal's most powerful fighters. Now they were on Earth, already causing a ruckus. His back yard pretty much. Basil couldn't just let this go without trying to come up with some kind of countermeasure.
  12.
  13. He had been seeking out someone a bit more tech knowledgeable than him to try and come up with a more solid plan, and had Joanna point him to her sister, who was far more knowledgable than him. It was a good place to start, being that he had not seen both androids fully yet, but after his encounter today, he clearly had enough to go on to work with what he and Jocelyn brainstormed about.
  14.
  15. It had to be low to the ground so that it wouldn't blanket the entire planet's power grid. But it also had to be set up in a way that would allow it to be useful to set up traps, OR to use as a somewhat 'grenade' of sorts in a pinch. That would have been best accomplished by the useage of an electro-magnetic field that, when broken by another EM field, would trigger the device to activate, and explode, unleashing it's EMP blast in a localized area.
  16.
  17. Then came the tougher part. He needed to figure out how to get the bombs to unleash enough of a pulse to de-power machines. He did his best to research various techniques and methods for electrical manipulation. It wasn't easy, because he had nothing real proper to test it on in terms of the androids.
  18.
  19. He began to work on a few small prototypes to at least test the concept. they were small scale and not put together in any casing other than a small box. initial tests were looking good, but he had no idea if it would hold up on the androids.
  20.
  21. Time was of the essence however, and he had very little of it. The androids were placated for now, but the moment they decided they wanted to have some of their... 'fun' and hurt someone else, they'd just become a problem all over again. Once he had the plans drawn up, he'd finish refining them, and then get the blueprints sent out for verification, a few extra eyes on them to catch anything he'd have missed in the design, and then hopefully... an assembly line to produce them. From this point on, it would be up to the people to decide how to use them.

  24. OOC Notes: Credit to Boxghost for the RP involving the brainstorming for these. I'd have gone private first if these weren't something that would probably be important enough where we can't just bug the admins to spawn them each and every time. Please let me know if I need to expand on any detail
