  1. **ALTERNATE LOG 31 - A31B05EFAH - Best Match Boys**
  2.
  3. Subject A31B05EFAH looks to be a straightforward representation of Sento Kiryu and Banjo Ryuga from Kamen Rider Build, two young men with almost complete opposite ways of life. Sento is a narcissistic genius with a penchant for engineering, whilst Banjo is a well-meaning but rather brutish fighter. Despite what looks to be a clash of lifestyle, they are framed as a "Best Match" - an inseparable pair. This tournament seems to have been a welcome change for them, considering that they have been through, ironically enough, a series of crises that resulted in them moving to an alternate reality.
  4. First introduced in an interview section on the Emperor for an Hour Tumblr blog, as with other bonus characters, they seemed to have quite the affinity for talking to each other, having far more words than Sophia. In terms of the tournament's bonus bracket, they were matched against Random first. They succeeded in their round, having barely squeezed out a victory by a margin of just three percent, but more information as to how they did afterwards was unable to be obtained.
  5. One interesting discovery that was found was that in this timeline, the tournament's bonus bracket was running concurrently with the main bracket. As a result, both became similar in their level of popularity: the result of which involved creating a division of voterbase, as some were more interested in one than the others.
  6.
  7. ADDENDUM: Due to their previous involvement with alternate/parallel worlds themselves, it was decided that an interview would be conducted with Subject A31B05EFAH. This was done in an attempt to gain further insight into alternates as a whole for the Initiative. For the sake of logging, Sento Kiryu will be referred to hereafter in writing as "A31-A", and Banjo Ryuga as "A31-B".
  8.
  9. The following is a transcript of an interview between Researcher ████ of TOI and A31B05EFAH.
  10.
  11. ████: There, that's on now. Could you give us your names for the record before we start?
  12.
  13. A31-B: Why not tell us what's happening first, huh? It's not like we signed up for this-
  14.
  15. A31-A: My name is Sento Kiryu, genius physicist. He's Banjo Ryuga, professional muscled idiot.
  16.
  17. A31-B: We didn't agree to that! He doesn't speak for me!
  18.
  19. ████: Oh here we fucking go.
  20.
  21. A31-B: Besides, I'm the King of Protein.
  22.
  23. A31-A: And how's that going to sound on the record? I can handle this professionally, don't worry.
  24.
  25. A31-B: But you just said I was a professional!
  26.
  27. ████: Look, just please, calm down. Now, thanks for joining me today to talk. We have a lot to discuss. You two came from a parallel Earth, correct?
  28.
  29. A31-A: That is correct, Dr. ████.
  30.
  31. A31-B: Yeah.
  32.
  33. A31-A: You don't need to add on to it.
  34.
  35. ████: What happenened on that Earth? Was the tournament you were a part of there?
  36.
  37. A31-A: No, it wasn't. We weren't even involved in one, we were busy.
  38.
  39. ████: Busy with what?
  40.
  41. A31-A and A31-B: (simultaneously) Love and peace.
  42.
  43. ████: ...I'm not following.
  44.
  45. A31-A: We protected our world from an alien threat, but in order to defeat the mastermind of it all, I sacrificed everything. Everyone we knew is alive, but they don't know we exist. That, and this idiot somehow made it out unscathed.
  46.
  47. A31-B: That's right, we made a new world to- Hey! Don't call me that! Besides, it's cause of my DNA or whatever, right? Not my fault.
  48.
  49. A31-A: Very simplified, but that's about it.
  50.
  51. ████: That... lines up with what we do here. You both sound like you're destabilising the timeline, like the other alternates.
  52.
  53. A31-A: Well, I worked out the root cause of the problem in the new world. (to A31-B) Perhaps keeping a lower profile would've been a better idea.
  54.
  55. A31-B: Don't look at me! You're the one who wanted to make a TV show.
  56.
  57. A31-A: Anyway, since I wasn't really born, it didn't change the world at all. As for him, his DNA being meshed with our alien threat, and their defeat meaning they don't exist, caused his muscles to grow so huge he cancelled out his paradox.
  58.
  59. A31-B: Exactly. Then he wanted to make a series about our times, but needed the funding. So I signed us up for that tournament thing, since the prize was cash.
  60.
  61. ████: So that's the bitch. That, and our research into that world suggesting the segment you two were involved with was just as popular as the main bracket. Is there some connection there you can attest to?
  62.
  63. A31-A: Naturally. I'm a genius, after all. Of course people are interested in me.
  64.
  65. A31-B: I was there too, y'know! Not everything's about your stupid brain!
  66.
  67. ████: So you don't know the connection, cool. Could've just mentioned that, but I can't get a single normal motherfucker, can I. In any case, we'll remain in touch with you two. You might prove useful.
  68.
  69. A31-B: Wait! We're not done yet.
  70.
  71. ████: And why's that?
  72.
  73. A31-B: We're not the only ones here, right? If you're gonna try and put everyone in one place like this, at least let them walk around and be free. If the problem's them being in their worlds, then it's fixed by them being here, isn't it? It's not like we're criminals.
  74.
  75. ████: Look buddy, I get the gesture, but it's not going to help us in any way to have a bunch of instabilities roaming around. I mean, we can't even tell what you guys'll do.
  76.
  77. A31-B: Then talk to 'em, man! Listen to them, get to know them. We're not freaks to be studied. We had enough of that in our old world.
  78.
  79. A31-A: He's right. Being a guinea pig isn't living.
  80.
  81. ████: ...
  82.

  85. **Best Match Boys Description**
  86.
  87. Are you ready? Sento and Banjo have travelled far and wide together, even spanning different universes. Their unbreakable bond and witty retorts have brought them plenty of smiles shared, as well as many hastily done-up zippers. The Genius Scientist and the Burning Dragon seem to have their work cut out for them, don't they?
