[10:11] [DOIC] Talia@Isis.: We have been alerted to a mild ion storm that has appeared in system, stretching from just beyond Venus to out beyond Mars...it barely registers as a class I ion storm but we are experiencing some

[10:12] [DOIC] Talia@Isis.: minor comunications interuptions as well as transporter operations off ship have been suspended until the storm passes, some 48 hours from now

[10:12] [DOIC] Talia@Isis.: Ive given orders for the ship to set conditions as if it were a class one storm and ride it out as every ship in orbit as well as the shipyards and Earth Space Dock.

[10:13] [DOIC] Talia@Isis.: The Captain has ordered yellow alert maintained but again at half watch, there have been no further order changes and no word yet on if shore leave will be granted once this operations has completed
