whaIing: Christina held onto the strap of her backpack, her sneakers hitting the pavement with grace. She scouted for an open bench or a nice spot for her to relax at. While walking, her toe accidentally hit a rock and she slightly tripped over before catching herself. Other students looked at her with an eye before snickering to their friends. She began to blush brightly and speedwalked to the nearest tree. Throwing her backpack against it she placed one palm after the other before taking her seat in the grass. Tina inhaled the fresh air, then unzipping her backpack and pulling out her physics book.
Tsaaq: Freedom walked out of the large building, giving some of her classmates a sheepish wave as she walked past the bike rack. She attempted to walk across the quad without being detected but she sensed the eyes watching her. Freedom pursed her lips as she turned to walk towards the fountain. She stopped a moment as she spotted Tina on the grass. She bit the inside of her cheek and strode towards her. "Hey." She greeted with an awkward wave.
whaIing: Tina flipped through the pages of her book. Once she began reading, she saw a shadow being cast over her and onto the grass and she looked up. Hearing the voice and seeing the blonde hair, she immediately knew who it was. "Freedom, hey! What's up?" She placed her book farther on her lap and scooted over, patting the grass as a signal for her to sit.
Tsaaq: She glanced at the grass then back at Tina. "Oh uh... I don't sit on the floor an' shit." She whispered. "Nothin' much. Just got out of my last class for the day." Freedom finally answered. She felt awkward just standing so she covered her crotch as well as she could before forcing herself to sit. She used her backpack to cover her legs and thighs. "You missed it yesterday." She chuckled.
whaIing: She watched her sit down and smiled brightly. "Missed? Missed what?" Tina checked her phone, then adjusted herself in the grass and re-opened her book, skimming through the words.
MARlSS: [whats up party bitches :D]
whaIing: [Heyyyy]
Tsaaq: "There was a party at the stupid place where all the bad shit usually happens." Freedom answered with a shrug, she looked around nervously, worried about whatever buggies or creepy crawlies were around.
Tsaaq: ((Hey!))
whaIing: She gasped. "You're joking! Fuck!" She hit her forehead lightly, as if she forgot something. She pursed her lips then dug her nails into the grass, pulling out the grass lightly. Then she brightened up. "Well.. It's a friday.. would a party after a party the night before be tacky?"
MARlSS: -shay had just finished up in her class. she makes her way through the Quad carrying her books in her arms. she had her cell phone out and flipping through it. shewrinkles her nose looking at her work schedule.-
Tsaaq: Freedom shook her head. "I doubt it. It's college or some shit. We sposed to be partying from Thursday to Monday according to some mother fuckers." She shrugged her shoulders. "I guess... I dunno if I'm drinking though. I don't wanna get locked up-" Freedom started to say before quickly standing and brushing whatever grass was on her butt and skirt. "I'm sorry. I can't do this sitting on the ground shit." She sighed.
whaIing: "Oh. Yea sure." Tina got up, scouting the quad looking for a bench to sit at. "Guess we could sit there?" She pointed to it, beginning to walk over, then looking over her shoulder to see if Freedom was following.
Tsaaq: "Thank you, ugh." She said, struggling to step carefully while getting off the grass. She went to take her seat on the bench, immediately crossing her legs. "So yeah... It was aiight. I ain't been to a lot of parties before anyways."
MARlSS: -Shay tucks her phone in her back pocket and digs in her pocket for her keys. she finds a bench and sets ehr books down and she noticed Freedom and Tina.-"hey"-she digsin her pocket some more.-
whaIing: Tina nodded her head, slightly fumbling with her backpack. "Yea? Who was there?" Tina scratched her head before hearing someone talk to her from a different bench. "Hi." She waved faintly. Tina pursed her lips curling a piece of hair around her ear.
Tsaaq: She pursed her lips then forced a vacant expression on her visage. "I unno, lots of people." She replied quietly before looking at Raksha then pouting a little as she lowered her head. "Hey. Wassup?"
MARlSS: -She pulls her keys out and takes a key off the ring. she smiles and hands the key to Freedom.-"here is your key there is a surprise in your room. You room is the first one on the right."-she sits down with them.-
whaIing: "What's that for?" she gestured to the key, pulling her backpack between her knees. She then looked up at Raksha, then down at her closed book running her fingers over the bold lettering.
Tsaaq: Freedom took the key and furrowed her eyebrows as she looked over to Raksha then back at the key. "Oh, thank you." She whispered, considering that was the opposite of what she was expecting. "Thanks again for this." Freedom muttered. She turned to Tina and smiled a little. "I needed a new place to live so now Raksha let me move into her crib." She answered.
MARlSS: -she smiles to tina and nods her head.-"what she said."-she collects her books again and looks down at freedom.-"you going to be home tonight? I'll text you the address."-she said and flipped her long hair out of her face.-
whaIing: "Ah.. Cool.." She coughed into her elbow and opened up her book, reading over the lettering and running her finger under the words. "Fuck physics, I'm about to drop the class." She grunted and rolled her eyes.
Tsaaq: "Isn't that a core curricular? Yout gotta take shit like that to graduate." Freedom said before turning to Raksha. "Yeah text me the address. I might not be home actually. I wanted to go over to my moms and get my hair did. But I'll be home later?"
MARlSS: -she nods her head-"that's fine. I'll probably have the door locked so dont loose that key. "-she smiles and streches abit.-
whaIing: "OH.. Meh.." She rolled her eyes and looked at the distant fields, clicking her nails against the book.
Tsaaq: She nodded her head as she put her key in her purse pocket for safe keeping. Freedom glanced over to Tina awkwardly then went to stand up. "Well... I'm about to dip." She whispered.
MARlSS: -shay smiles and waves to them both- "well I got to go I got work..god knows they cant survive without me."
MARlSS: [im actually decorating a room so imma be awhile lol]
Tsaaq: ((Yeah I'm about to go out lol.))
whaIing: "Alright. See you later maybe?"
Tsaaq: "Yeah, maybe I guess?" Freedom shrugged at Tina. "Aiight, well have a good shift. Be safe." She told Shay. She took out her phone for her sister to pick her up, honestly relieved that she'd been walking away from how awkward she felt.
