  5. Effect: You can silently project your thoughts to any targets within 10 meters. Information transmitted this way is not limited to words, but includes flashes of memory, sound, emotion, pictures, or knowledge.

  11. Attack: AC6 vs Resolve
  12. Target: A Human
  13. Effect: You attune yourself to the target’s mind. You can hear snippets of their surface thoughts, and gain a +1 Accuracy Bonus against them, and a +2 Bonus to Evasion to avoid their attacks. You can only be Attuned to one target at a time.

  19. Attack: AC6 vs Resolve
  20. Effect: If you hit, the target becomes Confused. If you are Attuned to the target’s thoughts, you can cause them to see visions and illusions.

  24. Prerequisites: Mentalist, Guile 5
  25. 2 AP - Standard Action
  26. Attack: AC4 vs Resolve
  27. Target: A target that is making eye contact.
  28. Effect: The target is Mesmerized; they fall into a placid, wide-eyed unresponsive trance, becoming completely helpless. While Mesmerized, the target can hear you, and will answer your questions as truthfully as able but without much detail. They will remain in that state until forcefully awoken, you’ve asked three questions, you command them to snap out of it, or about an hour passes. They will have no memory of anything that occurs during the trance. If they win the check during the initial attack, they gain immunity from Mesmerize for 1 hour. Mesmerize cannot affect anyone with the Mist-Breather Feature.

  33. At-Will – Standard Action
  34. Attack: AC4
  35. Target: An Attuned Target
  36. Effect: You deal DB4+Magic Mind Damage to the target. If the target is Confused, this attack ignores Resolve and the target may not apply Willpower.

  38. Memory Manipulation

  40. Prerequisites: Mesmerize, Guile 7
  41. At-Will – Extended Action
  42. Target: A Mesmerized Target
  43. Effect: The target makes a DC 15 Focus Save; if they fail, you many manipulate the target’s Memory, causing them to remember up to X continuous hours as you instruct them. For the following three days, up to once per day, if the target is confronted with the truth about the missing time, they may make another Focus Save; on success, they remember the truth. If they don’t succeed on a check during this time, the memories become permanent.

  45. Mind Control

  47. Prerequisites: Mesmerize, Guile 9
  48. Burn 1 AP – Standard Action
  49. Target: A Mesmerized Target
  50. Effect: The Target takes its turn, acting as you command. It may then make a DC15 Focus Save; if they Succeed, they stop being Mesmerized.
