  1. TIP: During strumming sections of variable speed, it's better to lean towards hitting the notes early (but not too early) and trying to keep a sort of balance; think of it like, say, making Poffins in Pokémon Diamond/Pearl/Platinum.
  2.
  3.
  4. 2112 PT. 7 - GRAND FINALE: THEY HAVE ASSUMED CONTROL...
  5. - Sequence of Y+O chords, sequence of yellow notes, sequence of G+Y chords and green notes; sequences usually get faster
  6. 1. Sequence of Y+O chords ends on a down strum
  7. 2. Try not to alt-strum any of the yellow notes before the fifth yellow note after the orange (after which the quicker yellow sequence ends on a down strum)
  8. 3. Two reds, one green HOPO, two more greens
  9. 4. Assuming you didn't strum the green HOPO, the sequence of G+Y chords should end on an up strum (before the last three, which you should try not to alt-strum)
  10. 5. Assuming you didn't alt-strum those three chords, everything afterwards ends on an up strum, except the last sequence of greens, which ends on a down strum (assuming you don't strum the HOPO)
  11.
  12.
  13. ROCKIN' IN THE FREE WORLD: OUTRO CHORUS + OUTRO SOLO
  14. - Sequence of Y+O chords (in Outro Chorus), sequence of open notes (in Outro Solo)
  15. - Y+O chord sequence has constant speed and ends on a down strum
  16. - Open note sequence starts fast but gets progressively slower; ends on a down strum
  17.
  18.
  19. SPEEDING (VAULT VERSION): FINISH LINE
  20. - Three sequences of greens - the first of increasing speed, the others of constant speed
  21. - First sequence ends on an up strum, the other two on down strums
  22.
  23.
  24. CHEMICAL WARFARE: FACES MELTING
  25. - Gets progressively slower
  26. 1. Sequence of open notes, ends on an up strum
  27. 2. After the yellow sustain, another sequence of open notes that ends on an up strum
  28. 3. If you don't strum the HOPO, the first yellow sequence should end on an up strum
  29. 4. The open note sequence after the open sustain also ends on an up strum
  30. 5. The second yellow sequence, if you don't strum the HOPO, should end on a DOWN strum
  31. 6. Try not to alt strum anything else
  32. - Note: use the non-HOPO open note as a guide on when to stop alt-strumming
