- The bokoblins were a little smarter than their fungal accompaniment, though. They pushed in as one unit. One stabbed forward with its spear. Mac moved into the attack, let it slide past his ear and pushed further in. But another bokoblin was fine filling the gap with his own spear. Mac pulled back. In doing so, in dodging the strike, he’d moved out of his preferred range and into the bokoblin’s.
- Mac grit his teeth, and his lips tugged back into a grimace. A few more times he tried to push in, but every time one of the free bokoblins stabbed at him and prevented his advance.
- So that was one of boxing’s weaknesses, he supposed.
