background: Dahee grew up in LA with her parents. Her mum worked as a professional chiropractor and her dad was a software engineer. She went to a massive school where the facilities were amazing. She started dancing when she was 6 and went to an inside school and outside school dance club where she learnt many different styles of dance. In school, she had quite a few friends but had a main circle of friends consisting of 4 people. When she turned 15, she and her family moved to Korea because her grandma was ill and wanted to be with her if anything were to happen. After her grandma died, they decided to stay in Korea. She transferred to a performing arts school in Seoul where she continued her dance career. It was also there that she started rapping and getting vocal lessons. Her parents encouraged her to enter dance competitions because she was very talented. She entered a few and won a couple of them. This made her the talk of the town. She found out about the survival show from a close friend and decided that she wanted to join.

personality: Dahee has always been confident and not because she is cocky but because her parents told her that confidence will, in turn, make you feel better about yourself. She is very out-going and sociable and is not afraid to go and talk to people she doesn't know this makes it easy for her to make friends. She can be a bit of a flirt with people but that is just usually her way of being playful. She is persistent when she wants something, she will do everything in her ability to get it. She works way too hard sometimes staying in the studio till midnight just to practice her dancing or her singing. She hates all types of aegyo and refuses to do it when people ask or she does it very unenthusiastically. She is very loving and touchy towards people she is close and comfortable with. When performing she is very sexy and likes to make eye contact with fans. She has a way of owning the stage.
