Q: What are you playing on, it is emulator?
A: Yes, I don't have a sapphire cart and I don't like the game enough to buy one. It's VBA, which emulated GBA games perfectly.

Q: Why do you choose Mudkip?
A: Because the Mudkip evolution family is the best for the speedrun, without it, my time would not be nearly as fast.

Q: Do you really need to use Mudkip specifically, couldn't you use some other Pokemon?
A: Yes. Yes I do. Otherwise I will not challenge my World Record.

Q: Why do you catch Kyorge then?
A: Because that fool goes in hard

Q: Why Sapphire over Ruby?
A: Kyorge beats up the Elite Four faster than Groudon. Up to the Elite Four, Ruby is actually slightly faster, but overall on average I estimate Sapphire is 49 seconds faster.

Q: Why did you keep reseting after getting Mudkip?
A: If it looks like there is no reason, it's generally because my stats were bad. I need to have great IVs in attack and special stats otherwise I can not complete the run fast enough

Q: What stats are good and what stats are bad?
A: I check my stats as soon as I pick Mudkip. I will reset unless I have at least 13 attack, 9 speed, 11 special attack.

Q: About what are the chances of getting a Mudkip with stats you will keep?
A: I will keep about 1 in 9 Mudkips.

Q: Why do you want to be on low health?
A: To try and activate Torrent, which is the ability of Mudkip and its evolutions

Q: What does Torrent do?
A: When Mudkip is below 1/3rd of it's max health, its Water type moves are boosted by 1.5x making him much more powerful, and thus faster.

Q: What is the current World Record?
A: The current world record is 2:02:23 game time, 2:03:46 real time by MexiricanBassMonkey

Q: Why do you use ingame time and not real time?

Q: Why do NOT you choose the girl?
A: Because the male is actually faster, because the female counterpart has lower defense stat pokemon. Also she is NOT cute :3

Q: Why do you use Frame 5?
A: Because frame 4 sucks in this game.

Q: Why do you name yourself and Mudkip 'I'?
A: Because it's faster to name them one character for text purposes, and the letter 'I' gives a nice spin as if the game was self-narrating

Q: Are there glitches in this run?
A: Nope.

Q: I just heard you orgasming like crazy and I couldn't see why...are you crazy?
A: There are several trainers in this game that spin like crazy. It's either because one caught me, or one didn't >_>

Q: Isn't this a luck based run?
A: Yes, there is luck involved. Yes, I am still running it. I love pokemon and will run it regardless :)
